Just wanted to let everyone here know I've been selected to serve on the bankruptcy committee. For those with claims, I'm here for you guys if you want your voices voiced. Can't say I'm too familiar with the whole process or anything though.

I'm naturally sad at not being in there but I think it to be a good list. Not perfect, but simply good. Now everything will depend on the amount of bad actors distinguished as good ones that made it to that list. Let's simply say that there is a bit of hope.

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:
Bitcointa.lk - Replace "Bitcointalk.org" with "Bitcointa.lk" in this url to see how this page looks like on a proper forum (Announcement Thread)

A question out of usual fu*k HashFu&k topic :-)

There's going to be a jump of almost 30 Petahash in 6 days.
Does anyone know the reasons why there is so large difficulty jump (around 25%) this time?
Some new mines being started somewhere? The hardware being replaced in established mines?
If so, do you know which mines and what is their Petahash input?
KNC Neptune is defo contributing to it but not £30 Petahash. It's like 3 massive mines have joined :-)

KNC, BFL and Asicminer all have new hardware that is working.  On top of that you have dozens of secret projects.  I would expect several large financial companies have decided to deploy mines.  Their data centers are essentially idle outside of trading hours so they have free facilities to deploy in.

Anyone investing their own money into new gear at this late date is an incurable optimist.

Yes you may be right. KNC, BFL, ASICMINER and recently opened 3rd Bitfury Mine would not bring 30 PH altogether so there must be some secret, private projects.
Hopefully it is not part of some government's secret project to overtake the whole network and destroy teh bitcoin lol :-)

The only entity in the group to worry about as far as I know is Uniquify. While I'm sure they're a respectable company, their history with HashFast leaves one to remain cautious.

Start by asking them to disclose the contract with TSMC they certainly have a copy of and look for the delivery times, bring it to the judge and go after the HashFast LLC IP, if as I understood they want to threat it separately.

I for one have never heard anything from Guido Ochoa and I'm not sure of what claim Digimex will have, so that makes 3 I could have doubts about.

I'm guessing you represent the relatively small order claims?

hopefully honesty and transparency will win the game. we might have a creditors' meeting at 4pst probably concerning appointing the chair and first subsequent steps. so I'll keep you guys in the loop as much as confidentiality may or may not allow me to.

No, I have no affiliation with anyone really aside from the fact that in the end, we all just want to get as much of our money back as possible.

OK. Do you know if there is anybody in this list, who only ordered one or only a few Baby Jets or Sierra's (small customer)? Tnx.

The only little order is Morici's, that if I remember correctly is for 2 BJ, he is the plaintiff of that first and only public lawsuit against HF. Every other in that list is at least one order of magnitude bigger. It's public record. (Again, I'm unsure about the claim digimex have).

So they basically handed the company to the next worst person: Simon Barber?

Hopefully they honor their court order since the chapter 11 was granted.
