Hey guy can someone tell me what to do with bankruptcy court mail in private or here Thanks !! Im not english or us and its bit hard for me to understand law letter !

It basically means buying hashrate at 1$/GH. Why would you want to do that? The value of this company is in in what they are hiding. Everyone trying to submit claims, you can do so with the link posted a few pages back. |

Everyone trying to submit claims, you can do so with the link posted a few pages back. true...through damages you hope recover greater than amount owed in refund or delivered equipment. |

The tos doesent even allows for a claim based on damages, btw.

When they received the involuntary bankruptcy they answered by stopping every settlement, that might have been worth something back then. If you ask me why, its simply to damage their creditors as their answer to the filing.
Now its too late.

I've paid for I think 20 documents on inforuptcy today. Many of them are really interesting, but I'm too tired to upload them on hashfast.org. I should write a script or something.
If you have some time, register there and download them for free. It will make for an interesting reading.
Among other things, HF made sales for 20 millions (!!!), have 15 in liabilities (without considering BTC refunds (!!!)) and tecnologies LLC made a 1M transfer to hashfast llc (!!!)... I certainly forgot a lot of interesting stuff because this is only what I remember from a few hours ago. So go there, register for free, download everything and learn something.

I got the Chapter 11 claim yesterday.
As I got my units, vaguely on time as compared to their contract, I don't plan to complain at the current time. But I hope all of you guys can recoup something.

Please let them know the small orders represents individual people and the capital investments that was committed was individual not institutional funds. Cdavid is correct. Please request a forensic accountant to look at the books as they moved cap ex between the LLCs which is why they want seperate approach to each. Edit the chaper 11 LLC may have been paying all of the expenses... Wheres the other LLC is all profit. This is legal to an extent. I can have an shell LLC charge rent to the parent company Or lease a paid off vehicle to pay less taxes. US tax code is what it is. |
