Well! this heading reek of baseless optimism! Ethereum has been quite stable and valuable to those idea ans sme trying to raise fund in cryptocurrency. There is no need to condemn any coin, all the coin can work together for cryptocurrency adoption!

Maybe the Ethereum will overtake the bitcoin,there's a chance but there are no assurance if it is true. You must not have been around for the Flippening...it almost happened last year during the super ICO craze...its also when transactions ground to a halt.  I think money poured into BTC to prop it up amd then ETH deflated under it own weight.

I do not think it's possible for ETH to compete with bitcoin. because the beginning of the birth of digital money is bitcoin, so it can be said bitcoin has become the heart of other digital money, if bitcoin is not so popular now then other coins also can not develop as now

Why overtake? Bitcoin is slow and ethereum is the same way.

Exactly, ETH's network is the same because of many transactions that are getting through it everyday so both experiencing congestion.

I agree with this. It will be very hard to take over bitcoin. I think if the gv comes out with their own it might be able to because it will be more mainstream and FOMO about this whole space will happen. Ethereum is hyped and overbought because this ICO year. Everyone wants it at a low price because it averages the price of the ICO lower. But both ICO and ETH are off the charts so I don't know where it will go.

It's true eth is on the way of pumping continuously the success,not wasting the time for it but still bitcoin will remain on top as long as investors and future investors best choice is bitcoin. I think so, It requires a lot of time for becoming the number one Cryptocurrency in the future, I believe that not everything is a stable in this world even in the virtual world. so change will come so that Ethereum would be the most profitable currency in the future.

Well we can't say what future will bring but I'm always positive that btc will remain as number 1 and no other crypto will overtake its position,
ETH really showing good updates and the platform really being used by most new projects so there's a lots of reason why investors also seeing

ETH already has half of the worth of BTC on the market. And it have been only a year. I think it can overtake BTC in a couple of months.
