What rebound?
In any case, I witnessed the yesterday's problem first-hand, I deposited some fiat and I went to trade it but after about 10 minutes of researching some stuff, their website started having problems and it took them about 1 hour to recover. After another 10 minutes the withdraws had been re-enabled too.

Status page shows like there isn't an issue. The hell is going on?!

Mate, everything is disabled on Kraken, I was there a few minutes ago and checked the status page, twitter, and nothing mentioning about this. Only searching on Bitcointalk I found your post.
Currently to me:
- Deposit: Disabled
- Withdraw fiat: Disabled
- Trading: Fail each time

I confirm my problems are no a longer a problem anymore. Everything working fine as usual. (I just did a few trades some minutes ago). Good to know the problem didn't stay several months like last year, we have seen worst Just joking. Good job, Kraken is really a solid platform to rely on.

I saw kraken is raising money at a crazy high multi-billion dollar valuation. What makes them think that valuation is reasonable, in this market, and compared to alternatives like Circle (Polo), Coinbase, and others you can reasonably access? What do you mean? Kraken doesn't have publicly traded shares, what valuation are you talking about? Or are you just farming posts for your signature?

Kraken is my most trustworthy exchange, anyone who disagrees that their quality of service is top-notch hasn't try their support.
There are very few trustworthy exchanges that support multiple fiat trading, and I wouldn't go to Coinbase since (1) they are stationed in USA and (2) they don't support XRP, yet they support the failed forks ETC and BCH.

Yeah true that, the client support is really good. Over the time I needed only once to ask a question, they replied exactly to it and even gave me a deep explanation to be sure I understand.
Kraken had a difficult period but I consider that any company has some up and down. I am still regularly using it. What I like are its fast SEPA transfers. just awesome

It's a real offer. Plenty of people have mentioned it. I don't know what's in it for people who put money in. I don't understand any valuation in this space, or anything related to internet businesses whatosever. I guess exchanges are at least dependable as long as they're run properly.
