Ken is obviously lost.  He really cares for  shareholders. What he's try to do with that wall on cryptostocks.com. New IPO at 0.0010 as someone said. These is ridiculous. It's hard to find greater fool these days but ... Who would sell stocks for less than half price from IPO few weeks before realizing 'the best mining chip'.

I don't think Ken is expecting anyone to sell at a loss. To save him spending another four or five days manually transfering shares across he is suggesting you sell at 0.001 on BF then buy back on cryptostocks for the same price. Obviously price has moved away from 0.0001 now so don't try that just yet. We still have plenty of time so if price on BF doesn't come back up to the cryptostocks level then ken will drop the price on CS to make the swap do able with no loss. Seriously guys you are acting like a bunch of women.

So that shares on Cryptostock  is only there for ActM shareholder. Brilliant strategy! Bravo Ken, Barbie must be happy.

Whose shares are on sale exactly on Cryptostocks? New shares? People who paid $5000 to transfer?

Also, you should know that the issuer chose to receive 0.2% of additional fees - disallowing transfer directly benefits kslaughter.

They are obviously not new shares ken said the 10mill public issue is not changing. And again obviously, actm will buy on BF at 0.001 and these shares will then be destroyed and replaced by the ones on CS.

As for the 0.2% fee you will need to ask ken what if will do with the couple of btc he might make from that. Maybe its to cover CS fees?

Please someone tell me this isn't true. If true, this is a quick money grab from US-based investors, forcing them to sell low and buy high.

Can you please explain, in simple words, how this will operate as a money grab?

Because to get out of BitFunder (which you have to do if you are based in the US), you cannot transfer shares, you have to sell on BitFunder, then buy (higher) on Cryptostocks. And then kslaughter also takes an extra fee on trades!
I am in china and chinese,i get verified today, maybe i can hold shares for who is not able get verified. Grin

Ok well that has nothing to do with my post because my post said you will pay exactly  what you sold for and not more didn't it?

There is no way in hell that ken is trying to rip people off because of the SEC crack down. Please now quote ken where he says US holders will lose out.

The stocks on cryptostocks are nothing but a buying option for US investors, or other investors that want to go to cryptostocks. NO, you don't have to sell on BF and buy on crypto. You can keep BF shares til the 1st. Why don't you guys do some reading before you assume everything and prevent the spread of FUD.

Wow you keep dodging that question, don't you?  You are a horrible piece of shit..

What question are you talking about? He has already discussed the options concerning US share holders, currant sales figures, and as we all know pretty much anything related to production of miners is under the NDA.

What else can the guy say?

sample chips are supposed to arrive right about now, and all he wants to talk about are worthless shares.  Some of us want to know if he's on track, and he avoids that question like the plague.

How can he talk about samples of chips he's not suppose to talk about?

Nice lectures guys. Fantastic.

You're all fulla hot air especially Freddy zoomzero. Blah blah blah. Long winded nonsense.

I'm about to desert this sinking ship along with the other dozens that were fully onboard and have now left. I only wish I had cleared out when the first red flags popped up but I too had blind faith like you windbags.

Once again I've asked the boss man a simple question, let me emphasize: SIMPLE QUESTION (albeit sarcastically and for emphasis) and he still shrugs it off and ignores me, and all the rest of you windbags with bullshit off subject three word sentences about buying more shares?

That doesn't piss you people off? Really?

It's really so simple but no. He'd rather have all his backers pissed off and leave one by one.

Yes I have been disrespectful and will freely admit it but I am reacting to the continuous disrespect of not getting a simple answer to a simple question.
