http://www.danieljensenlaw.com/articles/death-threats/

Issuing a death threat is not just irresponsible; it is also illegal and punishable by jail time. If you have been accused of sending a death threat, you should take those charges seriously.

If you can find where I made a threat, I will post a video of myself eating my own balls before they arrest me.   Cheesy

wtf?  There was nothing criminal about what I said.  I was hoping he can run faster than a bullet because someone ELSE might not enjoy getting raped as much as the rest of us.  Get it?

And are you going to supply Ken's address to these people who might want to shoot him? You have his address right?

No, I don't.

It's been on this forum several months ago when you were around - his home address.
And his business address is readily available. So you are claiming to know neither?

So what do you know about this company? You are the self-proclaimed expert on ACtM yet you don't know these basics. Do you think a judge would believe that because I don't.

Do you want him to post Ken's address?  Why are you inciting him?

You are making some rash assumptions

Whatever I assume here is by the by. You are assuming this will go no further - now that could have terrible consequences for you, your job, and your family.

In addition, the law does not distinguish between threats issued vocally and those in writing. Electronic communication makes no difference either, with an email having the same significance as a letter. The law does not take context into consideration, either. Even if not meant seriously, joke threats are still taken seriously by the law if the person receiving it feels threatened.

There was no threat made, in jest or otherwise.  You're either clinically paranoid or a drama junkie.

You know from what I've read that I do not want him to post anyones address, or threaten to shoot, maime or kill anyone.

Nor do I wish him to encourage others to shoot anyone.

Nor do I wish him to implant the idea of shooting anyone in the minds of impressionable investors who may think the CEO is to blame in some way for their loss - when he clearly is not.

Doesn't bother me one bit.. can we focus on eASIC chips now?  Or are we going to keep talking about internet threats and worthless share transfers?

You can clearly see it is a warning about legal action which is why I told him to seek legal council and posted a link to a legal representative who will assist him.

Try 3 pages back for the threat. It shouldn't be repeated here. I think the lawyers will be onto this. DESPICABLE.

I want to know if Ken is working on the October P&L and balance sheets.  Fingers crossed we'll have some real numbers to crunch then.

From what I read here the other day I think that is going to happen, hasn't he been updating the figures ad-hoc each month? I guess we wait and see but obviously with the difficulty going up the sales MAY dry up a bit. People will obviously be worried about ROI.

edit---

In other words lets not see lower sales in Oct as a really bad sign and have a bloody big crisis about it. Lets expect the worst and it might not be that bad.

So I am predicting $120 of sales for October. Anyone else?

October sales will probably be less than September because the eASIC release was likely driving those sales, combined with listing on The Genesis Block. For increased sales there would need to be more PR, and that has been lacking.

P&L Statement is supposed to be released by Nov. 1 IIRC. Maybe we'll find out more about sample chips then... they should be arriving any day now.

Excellent point actually. So we need another eASIC press release or like you say some PR. Whatever happened to everyone going around spreading the word about ACtM?? Wasn't there a thread put up somewhere? What else can we do over the next month to drive up sales? Come on guys THINK.

another edit---

Brainwave:

Banksy is in the US right now. I know someone who knows someone who went to Bristol and saw one of his paintings once. Does any other UK guy here have his number? He is total counter-culture, he would be so up for a bit of 'Banksy does Bitcoin' graffiti.

Lol. VolcanicEruptor is the one who started the thread you speak of.  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=296565.0

Investors should not have to be the ones doing the PR... advertising to make this a success is a responsibility from the company to the shareholders.

Jesus no way VE started that.

Delivery is when? 3 months from now?

The first units will arrive in November.  It's a short queue so there will not be BFL-style wait times.  Production and delivery will be the fastest out of any competitors with the same schedule.  I promise you that.

That was a month ago - 4 weeks. So what has caused this huge turn around? There must be more to this than VE getting tired waiting, he has got really personal with Ken. Something has gone on. Maybe VE asked to move his shares back from btc-tc to BF but Ken refused? Who knows, but that is weird.

I would hope we've had a boost in sales from the bloomberg article.

http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-10-15/bitcoin-mining-rush-means-real-cash-for-hardware-makers.html

There is a lot of doom and gloom around at the moment over mining with asics, but there is another 127 years until the last bitcoin is generated through mining.

As I see it, the sharp rise in difficulty seen today is only temporary and if we can keep afloat long enough then we are in with a real chance of capturing a significant percentage of the global hash rate.

It's a shame that we are infighting rather than being proactive and helping the company thrive.
