Good grief, this thread (and tbh, this entire forum) makes it impossible to find actual updates. Maybe someone should start a self moderated thread? Oh wait.

@VE This is our foreign registered company for our Delaware Virtual Mining Corporation, we could not get that name in Missouri as I had it registered last year for another project.

Their volume is higher than that. I actually like their site. No site has securities and crypto trading in one. I think it has long term potential. Thinking about buying shares actually if there wasn't such a huge sell wall from teh IPO. Not to go too far off topic, but 796.com is actually pretty similar. Both companies are based in HK, they offer crypto trading and security trading and now fiat<->bitcoin exchange.

You guys on this list are my buddies. My friends in Bitcoin. SO who would like to go in halvesies with me on one of these: https://www.kncminer.com/categories/minersThey are doing 20nm and are actually delivering. They have a real track record of producing and shipping. Anyone interested? +1 for KNC having a real product and history of delivering, at least for the gen 1 product. Other companies managed to pull off at least one round of successful products too, so who knows what the future will hold for them. BFL managed to ship FPGAs on time, Avalon managed several batches on time and bitfury mostly delivered as well. Will KNC deliver gen2 on time? I'd say so, but it's not a sure thing. However, I'd say that this is off topic unless you're suggesting that VMC buy competitor products for our mining farm. The only way for AMC/VMC to see success is to have their own chip that they can sell or mine with - otherwise we're just paying retail mining equipment prices to gamble at the price of bitcoin going up, which we could do so for less risk with just buying bitcoin.

Fine by me: when BTC goes down, early adopters often look to BTC securities for safe haven and earnings.
If it perfectly coincides with ActM shares being publicly available, then we profit from enhanced share-price.
