Just give them some time,recently they are making an attempt to improve the customer support which was lacking from the site ,just give them some time and i am sure they will resolve it if it is a genuine case,as they used to settle everything in the past,but let them reach you out first. |

 just a follow up to this - cloudbet responded to my email and forwarded it to another person. its been 1+ day and i haven't received a followup. DO NOT BET LIVE with these guys because they'll lock your bets and only accept them after the line is already finished with a 100% result in the bookies favor. |

As of late the Grading has been amazing within 1 minute of an event concluding, been getting my withdrawals quickly also instantly...
Not bothered to visit the site in a long time but things certainly look like they have improved and interface runs smoother, BRAVO Cloudbet. lol from what I know, Cloudbet usually if the #1 place for online sports betting with Bitcoin. The payouts are pretty decent though I don't know how many people used the website during 2017 becuase there was a large amount of people stating that the Cloudbet team was trying to scam people.
It might not be true, who knows. I just use caution when looking for Casino's that I can play in.
I guess the race for best sportsbook is on after Directbet closed their doors and if their grading is now faster they have a shot at #1 after losing so many customers to this delayed payments and grading. |

Can someone please fucking fix the bug that happens when you request a password reset link and it never actually sends it? I've complained about this here 5 fucking times and every goddamn time I need to reset my password I have to contact the support team since they never send me the email through the automated process, AND NOBODY EVER FIXES IT.
@Cloudbet I sent a message to support asking for a reset link can you please send me one?
I'm supposed to get a bonus today from depositing a bunch on Sunday so hopefully that actually happens, and I get a link before the bonus expires.

Where is the message that they announce on improving the site? Since I don't see it men and As you can see whenever you do little back read of some post of those people around you can actually seek that the existing one posted is those problem who keeps occuring on them so still there's no development happening on them since I think they merely read the comments here thats why they can't see or solve immediately those errors. |

Actually, we can say that there are no problems before that, but in terms of interface, those times were bad and I am looking at a lot of improvements. Payments, for example, are now faster.
