WOW!!! Cloudbet has robbed me, they graded 4 prop bets as pushes when they clearly won and have denied my withdrawl request of .09 btc. Should have read up on them more before playing heavier.

Cloudbet are you not interested on the Ryan Garcia vs Romero Duno fight? It's the main supporting bout of the Alvarez-Kovalev fight. Both have good records with high knockout ratios. They will come to fight. Also better fight than many of the coming non title fights in the books.

Cloudbet support doesn’t even respond after they do people dirty.. not a crazy amount of money so I won’t go crazy but the disrespect is what hurts as a loyal customer. Now they graded 2 of my 4 bets wins but haven’t changed my negative balance

I doubt that they intend to do anybody dirty, especially over small amounts let's be realistic.

However, based on recent responses in this thread, it does appear that Cloudbet needs to seriously step up their customer service game.

Yea I withdraw almost double that amount last week with little problems (18 hour wait) but this time idk no one on there side can give me an answer. This is after it took 24 hours to grade my bets correctly. I don’t understand how u grade it wrong, I wait 24 hours to get it graded correctly then hold my withdrawl for 3 days and then grade my winning bets pushes.

I don't know when we'll have a total committed crypto sports betting site on this community because the 2 sports betting sites I respected currently had an issue and I wonder why Ronnie hasn't say anything on here ever since you reported the issue.

You will probably get a response soon since you have sent him a message. He's offline since around 02:49 PM which means he hasn't ignored your pleas. I don't see why they would destroy their reputation over such an issue, and I am hopeful you will get back your smile.

I believe he will definitely investigate the situation cause Ronnie is knew for been honest in this kind of situation despite the fact that it usually take sometime before the team in charge payment would solve the issue which I still don't understand the reason since everything is glaring.
