@Cram06. Have you submitted the documents required for KYC to verify your identity? Much of the sportsbooks will you ask for KYC once you start moving coins equivalent to $3000 to $10,000. The sites do this similar to exchanges for purposes of compliance and to avoid suspicions from regulators.

@bbc.reporter yes he has submitted quoting his reply below and @Cram06 whenever a user submits KYC documents they expect instant results, but that doesn’t happen on any casino as each casino have their own set of ways before they reach a conclusion. Also if I remember correctly a user too had issue but when he submitted KYC details it got sorted for him, and this has happened recently so give them some more time and hopefully it’ll all get sorted for you.

What is this governor body?
Why would they have to know. They are just customers/users and not part of the CloudBet team.

I am not taking anyone's side but why are you posting from a new account every time?

The accounts are obvious controlled by the same person: Cram06 & baselstrasse

I know cloudbet is sloppy and slow but when someone is posting from different accounts and newbies accounts, there is something they are afraid of or wrong about. In case you guys don't know there are countless ways of cheating the house with sports bets through actions like accidental odds,etc.

Sorry, you are wrong we are not the same person. I never participated in the forum before, just used it to check new bookies and know if can be trusted or not, and yeah i registered to complain about cloudbet because what they are doing is unacceptable. And im using Cloudbet casualy since january, there is no double accounts, just normal betting with an edge. Also if you think i was cheating them why they didnt tell me that and close my account? no, they just shitty keeping my funds there without give any reason i dont know why.

I provided all KYC documents on june 16 or 17, since then over a month and still no news from them, everytime i text them they say bullshit about they are working on it. My account had around 4k. Luckly in May I withdrawed without anyproblem 3k or so as my max bets available started being too low... I continued playing with the rest of the money and smaller bets and few weeks later i was asked for the KYC.

I doubt if this is possible, especially if your account is unverified. There is no way they can prove that you are actually the owner of the account, by just claiming you forgot the email address and password.

A malicious person could pick a random username and contact them that I forgot my email and password.

Not always, but you have to be ready to complete KYC in case they ask for it. Read their terms and conditions

Based on my experience, I can gamble with the site without a problem, my account has not KYC FYI.

I forgot what email i used during the registration. If they can send me a recovery email link then may be i look for it. What i have is the username only.

I am thinking to create another account. Do they allow multiple account from same user? i am sending an email to the cloudbet support, lets wait for their reply.

I signed on Cloudbet 3-4years ago and I always used sometimes without any problems. Various deposits and withdrawal during the past years.
They also asked me KYC and I provided all the documentation requested without any problems continuing to bet and withdraw.

3 months ago I made some bets and they blocked my account.
Now it's 3 months that I can't login and they asked me again other documentation (selfie with newspaper in front of my street) already provided without any problem.
To get a response for the KYC you submitted a couple of days is more than enough and it is not fair to block the account and keep your money for the past 3 months, hopefully the team will respond and solve your issue as the cloudbet representative here Ronnie always solved any issues as far as i know but i think the representative changed to Leandro and hopefully he will continue the same and sort your issue.

@BIN-BIN the site seems to be working just fine, either it’s a cache issue so clear it or use a VPN and if it works then your ISP has blocked it so speak with them.

Nitrogensports which was the best sportsbook in the cryptospace presently has a negative trust rating because of doing something similar to a customer. Might this also be an operation to prevent money laudering from their service?

Cloudbet started to get nil, slow withdrawal, and limits my bets on sports betting, yet I was one of the first customers always loyal for their quality of service. But last night after winning, I asked for a withdrawal of only 10 ETHs, I receive an email to check the account with all the documents to be sent, and waiting for the account is not accessible. Sadly they are. They used to be so good back then. They would listen to user complaints and make necessarily adjustments where possible. The customer support on their platform and around the forum were super quick in resolving issues.

I think you can also see lately that this is the opposite. Things have been on a downtrend and with that you get to chase away your good customers indirectly.

There have been similar reports on other sportsbooks in the cryptospace. Nitrogensports which was the best sportsbook in the cryptospace presently has a negative trust rating because of doing something similar to a customer. Might this also be an operation to prevent money laudering from their service?
KYC verification may not be the problem, but how they implement it matters. You can't make someone to send documents for verification and then make them wait for days or weeks without any single response to even emails about the progress,

That's probably the case but I guess they prefer dealing these issues directly through the site and their gamblers needs to be more understanding as the support can't handle everything.

For KYC I think it's better if they don't reply at all rather than giving a vague response since that could encourage the user to keep responding over and over.

Also from what i've seen these inactive periods is somewhat normal for Cloudbet since they used to be like this back then.

Yes same kind of issue has started with me also , i have been a regular customer of cloud bet since last 4 years but slowly a lot of limitation has came in placing a bet and that made absolutely useless for me.
But cloudbet is a legit site so dont worry about your withdrawal , yes it may get delayed but you will get your payment, just send them one email again explaining every thing.

Has anyone had trouble with Cloudbets Roulette using Vivo provider? Twice I've won and the result wasnt registered on the software. I don't mean my bet didnt go through. I mean The actual rolled number when watching live dealer announce doesnt get registered on the history. So any complaints to Cloudbet fall on death ears. I doubt they compare history with provider & their software. Otherwise they would have resolved for me. I was just wondering has anyone else noticed this?

I would share my story on Cloudbet.
I signed on Cloudbet 3-4years ago and I always used sometimes without any problems. Various deposits and withdrawal during the past years.
They also asked me KYC and I provided all the documentation requested without any problems continuing to bet and withdraw.

3 months ago I made some bets and they blocked my account.
Now it's 3 months that I can't login and they asked me again other documentation (selfie with newspaper in front of my street) already provided without any problem.
To get a response for the KYC you submitted a couple of days is more than enough and it is not fair to block the account and keep your money for the past 3 months, hopefully the team will respond and solve your issue as the cloudbet representative here Ronnie always solved any issues as far as i know but i think the representative changed to Leandro and hopefully he will continue the same and sort your issue.

@baselstrasse did you login from a different IP address which triggered their security bot, and did you try and contact Ronnie here to fix the issue for you?.


No always same IP. Never had problems in 4 years. Withdrawed and Deposited a lot of times. This time I had a pretty big amount of BTC...and they blocked me.
Still no news after 4 months now.

Who is this Ronnie?
Maybe could explain me what means: "being subject to an investigation that's handled by a number of governing bodies related to sports"

Hello, it’s been 6 days since I’ve been waiting for an answer from the security service, the wait is very long. I beginning afraid , I have 12 eth, I’ll have to withdrawals 3 eth to avoid triggering security. Can anyone help me? Yeah.
