Wow, that's great news! I mean, what is there left to look for? This project already is providing so much help and options for everyone looking for jobs, or workers! I just cannot see any reason why people are still doubting this project or are still hesitating to support or contribute. This is project is a no brainer.
This is a cool feature of trustlogics. It helps to give an assurance that our documents will not be filtered or manipulate by validators since it can be verified by the three different persons. I hope that this will help us to solve our  problems dealing with the filtration of the validators. Documents are assured that it is legally and  a certified true copy.
Well it can be easier to be accepted in their system and also to be verified if the job less person will submit the real documents or files which is very important to be filtered or manipulated by the validators and besides all the users can get benefits with it and it helps for them dealing a problem of being an unemployed person.

I can see. I see that it will not only be the certified validators who are going to make records validated but also peers and I wonder how this auto verifications are done? Who does the verification here aside from certifed validators?

Yeah you're right. It really is quite confusing how the peer validation will be executed I am a bit curious as to who will be doing these validations and yes, the automated validation also ticks my curious cells as to how it will be working and what will be the processes that an applicant need to go through to get verified via automated validation.
well i am also confused on how will this really be working or what will be its process. i don't see any negative signs, but for assurance only, that even manual verification cannot avoid failures, how much more this automated system? I am not underestimating their capabilities, but what if that will happen?

Attestation was the best way to encourage people and companies to trust on others. I love the way you guys come up on this idea. Verification and attestation of the user by the project is very rare nowadays. Good to know that you guys present it on your project/platform. Good job, More POWER on your Team.

May I know if the Validators are individual or a should it be a company to a country? I am considering to be one in my own country to be able to help the hiring industry to be very reliable and free from any dishonest applicants that fake their employment credentials and work experience.

I think this will also go with a company and partnership.
they have one like this.

Authbridge is the one they have right now.
As what I think, Validators are part of the system of Trust Logic is which they will going to check the background both parties the job seekers and also to a company which the job seekers will be employed. The reason why they need to hired the validators in order to prevent having fake applications and dishonest applicants. It is good for both sides in order to be reliable to the system and when the time comes all of the users can get benefits and opportunity.

Being one of the participant of this project was a worth. Doing such kind of project like this is a help and solution for every freshmen on industry of job and work. As a graduating college student we do not know how to employ by ourselves only without any help of our parents or professional. Knowing that this project exist we will now apply and learn how to get a job and work in the most easy way as possible.
College also here. Knowing this kind of project that will be used in the near future is great because many on the newly grads has been able to get their dream job without any hassle and tiredness. Using app in these new era is a great way to apply to, nice strategy actually, using this strategy will make this project successful.

So I think the next problem will be the number of jobs open to jobseekers. TrustLogics does makes it a lot easier to
find a job. But at the same time, jobs will also be easily depleted.


Yup, that is where the competition begins. Obviously the applicants will be forced to up their game more to make them the first choices of the biggest companies. Because obviously, when the number of applicants are too much, the companies have the option to get the best of the best among all the applicants. Reputation of everyone will really be playing a big role in the trust logics platform.
It will also show which is which and which are the deserving ones, of course it doesn't mean other spplicants don't stand a chance or they don't have what it takes to be hired. Still they will be accepted and can be working but i cannot really assure how they will handle such things because that issue must be solve by them technically.

disabled you are still welcome here as long as you have skill, if I am not mistaken. That's why trustlogics have validators who will approve the request

from the job seekers.

i think trust logics is on its trial stage? it means it is still developing, it is true that this projects shows some knowledge about on how will the job seekers get a job online by not coming to the establishment itself to apply, It is both convenient to the employee and employer to have a communication online to have an interview or what.

Trustlogics are partnering with trusted companies which has a good record in background checking. This cannot be done by an individual alone since we are expecting millions of users for Trustlogics in the future. I think there operations will be limited as well on the countries which they have signed memorandum of understanding and have partnered with local validators.

Indeed, the trustlogics get a third party company that have high reputation in their country itself... A trusted company or agency that have capabilities to do background checking of every applicants and for the recruiter as well...

So there will be different levels of attestation on your professional profile. The attestation through Peers is similar to what Linkedin have. Your peers can comment on your experience and qualification and even highly recommend you on their platform. This is a great feature for Trustlogics. I believe that with this three types of attestations, employers will surely be able to be at ease and rely on trusted data that Trustlogics provide to them.
Auto validations means the trustlogics will verify the professional data of applicants, i forgot to read this update of trustlogics that's why... And im thinking maybe the recruiter itself will verify the needed data!? Thanks in advance...

As we can see, there are different kinds of validation. Each validation has different styles of validating. If there are mistakes with automatic validation then it will not pass with peer and validators. Well, I hope that this three kinds of validation will be required to each jobseekers so that the companies will assure that their documents are really true.
If auto validation will fail, there are still two kinds of validation which are more better than the automatic way. I hope that there is no failure at all.

Good question mate. The Validator was a Team of companies around the globe that helps people to access up the company profile and the data of the user.
One Validator can’t handle a Billion people around the globe, a common point of sense isn’t it?
I think it is better if there are head office in each country that trustlogics run off. They should hire also hundreds of validators in each country managed by the assigned head office. It is more better if they have office because it will help also the jobseeker who cannot undergo with online hiring system. We knows that there are still people who are unaware with technology.

Wow, that's great news! I mean, what is there left to look for? This project already is providing so much help and options for everyone looking for jobs, or workers! I just cannot see any reason why people are still doubting this project or are still hesitating to support or contribute. This is project is a no brainer.

Have you not imagined guys, what if a certain user or candidate is found out to have false datas in his portfolio and been proven by validators to be false or invented, will Trustlogics not do anything to teach the person a lesson? If the person will not be banned from the platform totally? I think he must be.
Well, that’s a good idea chikitita2004 but I think no need to ban them. They themselves will learn their lesson if the longer they stay in the platform and no one hires them. If they are falsifying their records, no need to worry. First, they will be found out by validators, second, if they wont request validation no one will hire them. 
TrustLogics will eventually find the people who are faking their profiles sooner or later. Reviews from employers will serve as an important element in tracking fraud profiles.

That’s a very nice situation to look into.  I think the Validators will put a remark in their profile, that the informations of the particular jobseeker are false.  So every time a possible recruiter will check their profile,the remark is written there. So now, how can that jobseeker will possibly be hired. Waste of token. You can not fool, TrustLogics partnered Validators.

Funny right? That will be their lesson. It will be like tagging them with red Smiley.
This way recruiters will just pass them by and not hire them. Well your idea is also good so if other users see that there are other profiles with red marks they will be alarmed and will be very careful with what they are putting in their profile.
actually, banning the candidate is a nice thing to do them but i think its not worth it. trustlogic should just put some marks like in negative trust or something on candidates who has false data anonymously so that the candidate will still be in their platform but not getting recruited or hired.
In that way, employers can gauge the credibility of the jobseeker(s). Banning is reasonable but I also think it's too much of
a penalty too. I also think that in order to maintain the fairness, it is rational to give both sides the right to evaluate
each other.

Being one of the participant of this project was a worth. Doing such kind of project like this is a help and solution for every freshmen on industry of job and work. As a graduating college student we do not know how to employ by ourselves only without any help of our parents or professional. Knowing that this project exist we will now apply and learn how to get a job and work in the most easy way as possible.
College also here. Knowing this kind of project that will be used in the near future is great because many on the newly grads has been able to get their dream job without any hassle and tiredness. Using app in these new era is a great way to apply to, nice strategy actually, using this strategy will make this project successful.

So I think the next problem will be the number of jobs open to jobseekers. TrustLogics does makes it a lot easier to
find a job. But at the same time, jobs will also be easily depleted.


Yup, that is where the competition begins. Obviously the applicants will be forced to up their game more to make them the first choices of the biggest companies. Because obviously, when the number of applicants are too much, the companies have the option to get the best of the best among all the applicants. Reputation of everyone will really be playing a big role in the trust logics platform.
It will also show which is which and which are the deserving ones, of course it doesn't mean other spplicants don't stand a chance or they don't have what it takes to be hired. Still they will be accepted and can be working but i cannot really assure how they will handle such things because that issue must be solve by them technically.

Right! If you don't have any skills you're not suitable to stay on this project, because Trustlogics is for the individuals who have talents even you are

disabled you are still welcome here as long as you have skill, if I am not mistaken. That's why trustlogics have validators who will approve the request

from the job seekers.
Correct, this project is for everyone, no matter what is their status in life, as long as they are qualify and have an ability to do the task, they will be hired, no reason to stay on their house even they are disabled they can do other things depends on their skills.
