In my opinion, it is good if they will know the validators in personal. It will help to give them an assurance that the validators they hired have accountability to work and suitable for the job. I think this is enough for the jobseekers to know that their records are validated legally.

There is a project that I also supported 6 months before. This project was all about peer to peer job also for those who are degree holders only. But until now, the project did not meet the success.
