Yeah you're right. It really is quite confusing how the peer validation will be executed I am a bit curious as to who will be doing these validations and yes, the automated validation also ticks my curious cells as to how it will be working and what will be the processes that an applicant need to go through to get verified via automated validation.

Is this good or bad? I guess it is good if you were planning to get out on your present job and apply on the other job while it is bad
because it promotes laziness on the people. They will probably go active and get the rewards even though they are not working. Insight guys?

I think what they are pertaining to the caption is that users are active on building their digital portfolio or profile. It is not like that jumping from jobs to another job from time to time. That was just a wild guess. I hope someone from Trustlogics will confirm my claim.

well this is interesting, i know that trustlogics can give a helping hand to its users in finding jobs or recruiting somebody for a specific task that must be done. i didn't know that users can get rewarded too by doing specific task it would be really nice to get some benefits while doing jobs that you're capable of doing.

May I know if the Validators are individual or a should it be a company to a country? I am considering to be one in my own country to be able to help the hiring industry to be very reliable and free from any dishonest applicants that fake their employment credentials and work experience.

This cannot be done by an individual alone since we are expecting millions of users for Trustlogics in the future. I think there operations will be limited as well on the countries which they have signed memorandum of understanding and have partnered with local validators.

trustlogic is very good because of its excellent service .so many trust companies here, because they are conducting a deep evaluation to backround checking. with so many users and trusting it so I can say that trustlogic can help it in the future. so I'm thankful for it being a partner with local validators. but there are countries that have signed it so their operation is limited only because of a memorandum of understanding. even so it continues to increase users and trust it in a good record of trustlogic.

Trustlogics concept is very brilliant. It combines personal authentication, peer to peer authentication and certified validators attestation to users information. Your concept is linkedin-like. Who are these peers who can endorse qualified applicants or candidates to employers, are they just ordinary users or Trustlogic’s employees? Your platform will be decentralized and will be storing users information through blocks, does it mean that Trustlogic will be used world-wide or only in India?

Might be it will be used in India as well as world wide and i think linkedin is not providing the benefit of Validators, which is really necessary as there are many aspirants who are fake who donot posses with knowledge and relevant experience. So TrustLogics is doing a great job 

Well, definitely it is not only in India, because they will have a 12 month pilot run in Curacao. And that place is located in the Southern Caribbean Sea and it is part of Kingdom of Netherlands.  I do believed that it is a developed country.
