1. If I have X coins, and get 0% back from the mixer, there is no long run...

2. If I have X coins, and the first time I use the mixer I get, let's say, 50% back, and the next time 150%, I end up with 0.75X and so on...
   So, because there are no coins leaving the game, most of the time I will get more than 100% from the mixer (just to be pair).
   Am I right/wrong?

Mixing is a very neat feature. If we launch it before Zerocoin then noone needs Zero. I don't know what BCNext thinks.

Once said that all transactions will go through the mixer.

If (Input Nxt)==/==(output Nxt) for all the transactions, a major issue, and IMHO not all the people will like it

It will be totally open source as far as NXT usage is concerned, but no other clone will be able to use it as is. They would need to refactor it so much so that none of the original code is recognizable. Otherwise they would be open to copyright infringement.

Usage of this software is prohibited for any platform other than NXT, specifically any and all NXT clones. You are free to look at the source code, but you are not allowed to run it on a public network other than the NXT network or NXT testnet. The issue isn't cost, as I'm sure you know.  It's regulation.  As soon as you exchange with fiat, you are operating under the jurisdiction of central banks and authorities who make you subject to federal laws related to money exchanges etc.

THAT is the barrier to setting up exchanges like the ones you suggest.

Ripple can do fiat exchange, but almost nobody wants to use ripple.
