Is there a date or specific day when the winner will be picked?
Or will it be randomly decided?
Because on your voting page it says every 2-3 weeks.

Thanks, I saw the e-mail. I answered with a copy of the transaction in my bank and reference of my account. I hope that it is going to be settled because I do not see what I had to make that I would not have made? I had followed the instructions.

I have been using hitbtc for a while, but I think they just stole my money. I sent a larger LTC transaction to load my account which is usually instant or pending for a couple of minutes. This one says "failed" They OFC have my litecoins as I can see in the block chain the transaction went through. I have emailed them serveral times with no response. it was close to $5,000 US which as of right now LTC is shooting up and I could be making a killing. I hope this is something that will be fixed and they are not theives just stealing coins.

Well hitbtc finally got my LTC found and credited to me. Then they said they were going to fix another problem had with .6 BTC stuck in pending while transfering from trading to main account ( a proccess that only takes one second). My BTC have pending pending for 4 days now. They said they were working on it and after they found my LTC I believed them. That was 12 hours ago and still no response after asking about it 3 times. hitbtc would be a great exchange if they had better support and would quit making tiny mistakes like this that has had my .6 BTC ($300) tied up for 4 days.

Everything was fixed and I got all my LTC and BTC. I wish the support wasn't so slow but at least I didn't lose any money. I will continue to use Hitbtc as long as errors like these are not a common thing.

Hello hitbtc,
could you please outline how the market maker contracts work?
what does "staying within the spread" and admissible size mean exactly?
best regards.
|
It is like the wild west in the movies, like russia in the 90ies. It´s you, revolutionaries, scamers, gangsters, genuises, greedy soon-to-be loosers, billionares, and big business at a global private party. It is bitcoin. http://nakamotoinstitute.org/mempool/dont-panic/

Dear JulioCesar and HerrAndreas, Here you can find more information on Market Makers. Admissible size is the sum of all the orders on both buy and sell sides. The spread is defined as the difference between the bid and ask prices. For more information, please contact us at relations@hitbtc.com. Thank you for choosing our service, The "hitbtc" team
