again my ETH withdraw is pending for hours now.
when i withdraw from another exchange i get my ETH in 2-3 minutes max.
but if it is hitbtc where i am withdrawing from it is whole another story.
and i t wasnt like this few months back.dunno what happened.

We can just hope they fix it too.
I have also funds "locked" there.
We should stop using this service.
It was really nice at the beginning, but now a real disaster...

New user,

I deposited a small amount of btc to hitbtc and immediately withdrew.
My plan was to sell the btc and then pick up small amounts of altcoins.
Right after the deposit went through, I realize I can only sell 0.01 - which is apparently hitbtc's  "minimal step" (maximum bullshit)
That puts me at an immediate loss of ~$30 because I can't sell the remainder, and (i'm guessing) locks me into other problems/variables
wtf? did i miss something here? what happens if you deposit < 0.01 - throw money into fire pit?

I found the same problem with SmartCash https://smartcash.cc/ where I was a bit confused at first as to why my transaction wasn't working, then discovered that HitBTC only lets me sell/buy SmartCash in groups of 100 coins. This 100 coins is not a lot but, AFAIK, all other exchanges have a very much lower sell/buy limit.
(FYI, SmartCash give a percentage 'reward' if you hold 1000, or over, SmartCash for each month you hold the coin. Month starts on the 25th and current reward is 12.81% http://smartrewards.ccodam.dk/ , so if you hold 10000 coin at end of month you get 1281 free !)

I've decided to move my coin to Kucoin who give a trading discount if you hold there own coin 'KCS' (1000 or over, the more KCS you hold the larger the discount) and a percentage of all trading fees.

I also have an account at HitBTC. I like the charts in connivance with Tradingview. Many coins have good volume too. The crypto withdrawal limit is also unlimited which is great. One thing I do not like is the decimals on some coins. I think HitBTC should just follow most crypto standards with 8 decimals.

No. Hitbtc can't give you any private keys as this is an exchange and not a wallet. And this isn't like ether delta that you can import your private keys and address and automatically your coins are in there.

Maybe there's something happened in their system when you withdrew your eth and like you said it wasn't like that before.
I always use hitbtc as trading platform and my only just concern is like OP that we can't withdraw the decimals like it's really something valuable even it's just a decimal.

CONFIRMED - HITBTC IS A SCAM
UPDATE 3rd NOV 2017 HitBTC being served with subpoena's
This will be my last update. HitBTC has completely scammed me, they reply publicly and pretend to be resolving the issue, or say it's resolved or to check the ticket, it's a lie. They use any mistake you make, a trading one, an account profile one to steal your funds, they stole $130K USD from someone else, I have in excess of 40 messages on my Reddit account of victims from HitBTC.
I can no longer further comment my lawyers are commencing legal action on Monday against the known serviced addresses, and shell company addresses, in an attempt to get the real owners behind the operation. We are also applying to a judge to have their bank account frozen, we believe their bank should hold KYC information on the actual owners - not fake nominee directors, that is the hope.
Once we have this information my lawyers will be perusing arrest warrants for all the directors it doesn't matter where they are in the world HK, or DK, where-ever they are my lawyers have offices and I am perusing this, client account funded.
If you are thinking about using HitBTC, don't you will loose your money, just do a quick Google search, they skim money on the side if you use the API, or outright steal from you should you loose your 2FA, email address, or anything else. AVOID THEM. No registered address, and serviced addresses with no license to operate, WHOIS hidden on their domain. They are complete scam, yes they may list tokens first, but don't get lured in use a trustworthy exchange I have lost $44,700 as a result of this, they reply to tickets, and just road block you - asking for one thing after another, non stop road blocking. My money is lost, but you have a choice you don't need to loose yours too, dont use the exchange, HitBTC is a SCAM.

I was told it belongs to HitBTC, I just need them to confirm it so that I can get the info about the trade.

What is the process to get info regarding the account ?
