I have some tokens left in my account as there are limits set for selling and buying tokens on hitbtc with the result, I have over $10 worth tokens which I can't withdraw nor trade. Kindly change this feature as on all exchanges even minute amounts can be sold.

10 BTG just disappeared from my account 3 days ago while i've tried to transfer them from trading to main account. My BTG balance still 0. Ticket# 50789, unanswered for 3 days. Transfer 6dccc1aa-542a-42df-bed9-a2476485667b. Avoid trading at this exchange, your money can stuck at limbo during internal transfer, your withdraval can stuck for weeks, and you won't get any support from them. Alot of people have issues with withdrawals/lost balance last days, check their reddit and even their trollbox for evidence.

I lost my BTC as well four days ago trying to move it from Trading to Main account. Seeing this company's history of losing/stealing their clients' money  I am afraid we will not see our funds again.

Hello if there is an admin here,the forum are full of unsolved questions and i also create support ticket to ask about bitcoin diamond but no admin would even want to reply.this is really concerning me.admins just stop responding on the forum and support ticket is silence since 19 november.can you please solve the members problem and make announcement.i am a little bit panic.if you don't give the hard fork coin you need to make announcement because i want to move my BTC to other exchange.you are losing your member if you keep silence.

I have not received my beatcoins for 4 days already! It's just awful! Nowhere is no one responding. 4 days of support on the site is silent, on the official forum are silent, in the facebook silent! I not only did not receive my 0.35 bitcoins, but I also lost the opportunity to earn money. The coin that I wanted to buy grew from 800 satosh to 1500!

Do not use this exchange, it's the most awful exchange I've come across.

So you will not credited Bitcoin diamond to BTC holders at the time of fork?this is the same meaning with you stealing members money.i really can't believe it.before this i read from other member you stole their BTG so you can sell on other exchange but i didn't trust them,now i start to trust what they said.

before the hard fork you never tell to members you will not give bitcoin diamond,you keep silence although member asking about bitcoin diamond and now you tell us you will not credited us bitcoin diamond,3 days after hard fork!this is really unethical.this is not right,whatever your reason you shouldn't treated your members like this.you steal our bitcoin diamond just like that.how can you steal members bitcoin diamond just like that?i am 100% disappointed with you HITBTC!

what's wrong with the NEO withdraw?Huh??

my trading robot has two withdraw requests last night, which has been merged into one transaction according to the payment history,
but there are only one request was send to the block chain, I lost the NEO coins in the other request.

I have got terrible experience on this exchange, it is the third NEO withdraw failure I've encountered in the recent month. And as usual,
the support team NEVER solve it in time and sometimes just ignore your question.
one of the problem was solved after A FULL WEEK.


update:
got another NEO withdraw problem now.

I have transfered all my assets to binance and never back.
I will not surprised at ANYTHING happens on this exchange.
