Anyone else having any issues withdrawing from Hitbtc today? I've been using it for weeks for a certain coin I trade and haven't had any problems. However, today i'm unable to transfer coins over to my main account for withdrawal. It just keeps giving me an error.

I URGE you NOT to send ANY AMOUNT OF COINS to HITBTC as me and hundrends of other users are dealing with tremendous issues the past few days.


No one can withdraw , 1/30 withdrawls at most are succesfull but at the slowest speeds possible ( 24hrs+ ) .

Dont try to trade at least until everything settles out , and please DONT LET YOURSELF BEING LURED by some coins that are trading at an ultra premium ( eg TRX which is + 50% of the rest market price ). You CANT trade because your deposit will not reach the exchange. I tend to believe that this was all a set up in order to create a vast influx of incoming BTC/ALTcoins.

I only hope that we are not dealing with a new MtGox here.

Now my guess what happened: The servers of hitbtc had some problems recently, probably because of the high demand. I assume the internal transactions had some problems as well and now they have to fix that manually since a lot of token withdrawal wallets are/were empty. It doesn't look like a scam to me at all and more and more withdrawal wallets seem to be refilled.

This is also how it feels to me. Withdrawals can sometimes take quite long, and you also have a lot of maintenance going on. I guess every exchange has trouble with this many new users showing up.

what a joke!...HitBTC is an absolute DISGRACE and should be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

Why?.......

- 0.1% on every trade (which are very slow and might not happen)

- 10% on withdrawals/transfers (which probably won't happen but will simply disappear!!!)

- Make it literally impossible to withdraw your complete balance because units are always rounded up or down......not that you'll get the remaining 90% of the transaction anyway!

- Continuous 'bad gateways' and 'problems with this page'

- ABSOLUTELY NO ADMIN/IT SUPPORT

- If you moan about it on the 'troll board' you are BANNED......and there are lots of people getting BANNED by all their ADMIN people!



I guess I am lucky (in a weird way) that I only deposited about 50$ of crypto to play around with. I am yet to receive my 19 NGC (was 22) in MY ETHER WALLET and they still have approx 20 USDT worth of mixed ICO coins which I can't do anything with...for now!
