Not sure if the problems with this exchange are over, but my issue is solved as of this morning. I was not able to move WTT tokens from Main to Trading due to "Currency operations not available". Today, that issue is solved.

Ok what I'm about to say will look like a minor glitch in the matrix compared to what I've seen, glancing through the posts in this thread but I thought I should mention it anyways. --- Bought a little bit of PLR (Pillar) on HitBTC which I wanted to transfer to my hardware wallet afterwards. Guess what: 50 PLR flat rate withdrawal fee ... that's almost 10% of what I just bought  Great for the whales I guess, not so much for the casuals/newcomers. Ow and waiting more than "normal" for the confirmation email to do the withdrawal in the first place is what got me to this thread. Never touching this exchange again. |

Just FYI for others having issues, my "Currency operations not available" issue with WTT have been resolved (including a reply from customer service) and I was able to trade and withdraw BTC. Hopefully this positive trend continues.

After a week of waiting and studying other people's fates I've come to a conclusion that HitBTC is a SCAM. They took around 5000$ worth of crypto from me. In addition, there are tons of people all over Reddit and their support forums who have lost their money and who are being fed with lies by automated responses from "support". Let this be a warning to any who are planning to use HitBTC.
They WILL STEAL your money either by making it disappear on your account, witholding deposit, witholding withdraw indefinitely, locking your account (with 2FA, password change, emails not arriving or just deleting it) etc.
If you have any information about the owners of this operation please share it here or PM me. I would love to see these people locked up for good.
Do not use HitBTC!

I still have some coins there but I think its better to move them out before it will be too late, before I have made several trade with them and withdrawals too all of them gone through smoothly.
But number of complaints I am seeing in the forum made me change my mind.
