Anyone else having trouble moving eth to trading wallet?

Agreed. Most of the time, It's people fault. For example, they deposit or withdraw the wrong coin to the wrong address and then cry because HitBtc don't want to recover the funds. I have used (and still using) HitBtc and I never had any major issues with them and support is very responsive.

I also have no problems with HitBtc,don't need to contact their support either. From day #1 that i signup until today,everything work very good.
The only disturbing (or should i say annoying) thing is this "divisible by 10" order limitation.
With this in force you have coins stuck,no matter what you want. That's the main reason that HitBtc is not my "favorite" exchanger.

I have also posted here to let them know and change this requirement as almost all my coins are stuck where each coin has a value of $2-$3 and it's not worth keeping them stuck for ages when the amount will keep increasing as I add more coins on the exchange. ETH too is stuck in my wallet and cannot be withdrawn nor traded. Atleast they can adjust it in fees we pay.

I'm lucky I didn't get scammed, recently it gets more and more scam allegations, and now the website doesn't work anymore either. I have less than $1 left on there, it's not enough to trade/withdraw, so they can keep it.

I only used HitBTC because it was the only exchange trading BKB, and I assumed Dean choose a trusted exchange for the tokens. I don't understand why they would do this though, they charge very high listing fees, running an exchange is supposed to be very profitable without scamming!

I was planning to sell my Bitcoin Gold through them, that ship has sailed now.

No, Hitbtc is still trusted and yesterday itself I withdrew my coins successfully from the exchange. It's working fine and their trading fee also is 0.0007 (lower than other exchange sites). I too sold my betking tokens via hitbtc without any issues but I can see that many users do have complaints while I never had such issues except that they are under maintenance quite frequently but they do solve issues quickly. Many users complaining here are ones whose accounts got hacked. The exchange is still secure though and hence they aren't scamming anyone.

In my opinion - more exchanges should implement fixed order size. This will improve performance greatly.

Ive been using hitcbtc for more almost a year and haven't had big issue ever since. Site maintenance currently ongoing just take longer than usual.
