Every trade amount has to be a divisor of n. So you will never be able to trade the full amount you have. You will always leave some dust there forever.

The trading fees. 10% for trading BCH to BTC? That is just too much.

Hi there! We will be glad to explain what's going on.

Yes, there is some fixed minimum trading amount for every currency. It's called "Lot amount".
And yes, there can be some leftovers on your trading account, which do not exceed the lot amount.
But we believe it's better than having leftovers, stuck on orders forever (until you cancel them). That would be inevitable in case there were no lots. The total amount of supply just won't match with the total amount of demand precisely.

Speaking about trading fees - clearly this is some kind of mistake, we don't charge our users with such ridiculous commissions. Trading fee is 0.1%. Please try to refresh the page, this issue has to go away. Sorry about that inconvenience.

Hi there!

Please accept our apologies for any unpleasant experience you've had. Your issue is in progress of being resolved, it just takes some time to cancel the mistakenly sent deposit and credit it to your account. We will notify you as soon as we succeed, and that will happen very soon.

Thank you for your patience!

I signed up to dump some bitcion cash, but stuck around and traded a multiple of my crypto net worth on your platform.
Overall, my experience is positive, however I encountered some issues:

1) memory leak bug:
When I open the exchange page, the memory footprint grows and grows to >1.3GB (according to chrome task manager) at which point I have to refresh (my computer only has 8GB of ram and many opened tabs)
2) wrong fee displayed:
I almost got a heart attack when seeing the 10%, 7% fee and fee rebate numbers on the trading page. Not cool. Thank god for the trollbox, where I found peace.
3) before depositing my bitcoin cash, I saw using this exchange as as significant risk, after reading this thread and other threads on bitcointalk.
Your account has a negative rep next to its name. I've never heard of this exchange before. So if you want more people to join, you'll need to find a way for people to trust your exchange.
4) on the verification page, it is stated that "Cryptocurrency withdrawal" for the "General" verification level is "5,000 EUR equivalent / day". What's up with that? I withdrew way more than that with my "General" verification level .
5) On https://hitbtc.com/fees-and-limits there's a different fee for btc withrawal than when actually withdrawing: "0.0003 ฿" vs "0.00085 BTC"
6) an uncapped 2% withdrawal fee for >50k€? That's a bit extreme!
7) In the future I might start trading under a (European) corporate entity. How would verification work in that case?

Thank you for the detailed review! Appreciate it.

1. At the exact moment we are doing our best to optimise our mechanisms and lighten the exchange window. It's getting better all the time, but as you can see, at the moment it's not perfect. However, you might like to consider some options, which can partially (for the most part) solve the issue. Try to disable Chrome extensions, which are interacting with the exchange window in any way. Also it's always a good idea to clear your cache and restart browser. 1.3 Gb of RAM - it's not OK, it's not how it should be.

2. Yes, some minor interface issues could have been taking place at the time, but we would never charge you with such ridiculous fees. 0.1% - that's our fee. Sorry about that temporary inconvenience.

3. Will get there.

4, 5. Will update the outdated info, thanks! There are no limits for cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals. Feel free to trade.

7. We provide our services to individual traders only, that means that it wouldn't be possible to set up a corporate account.
