I tried withdraw BCC from Hitbtc to wallet Poloniex, but failed because no Transaction hash appears.
When do my balance be refunded? How long is the process??

Dear HitBTC, I can see, that issue with ETH withdrawal [Out of gas] does happen on your exchange from time to time.
Could you kindly elaborate how to avoid it? In addition to that, maybe you could help me to get my EHTs back (ticket ID 19620)

There's an easy way to make sure that your withdrawal transaction will proceed successfully. Just look up your withdrawal address in Etherscan to make sure that it's not a contract address.

And sure, your issue will be resolved less than within a day. Help is on the way. Happy trading!

How can someone request the withdrawal and be able to perform without the need confirmation by email. I accessed my account today and guess what? There was nothing, I did not ask for any withdrawal, in fact I was without connection, and simply invaded my account and no email to confirm the withdrawal was sent to me, which I would certainly deny. What can I do, I lost 190USD?
