Let me share my experience - I've got two XEM withdrawals from hitbtc and both of em stuck (first one was 11.15, second one - 11.19)
However, BTC withdrawal on 11.29 went without any problems.
Support (as usual) pretty unresponsive - got a couple of non-informative messages, promising that soon everything is gonna be ok.

On the good note - this is the only exchange which performed well during last BTC spike.

That's exactly what happened to me too. HitBTC seems to have no interest in fixing this issue. Like you said it has been over two weeks so either they don't give a damn about their clients or they are stealing from us. I'm strongly inclined to believe the latter.

I not only did not receive my 0.35 bitcoins, but I also lost the opportunity to earn money. The coin that I wanted to buy grew from 800 satosh to 1500!

Do not use this exchange, it's the most awful exchange I've come across.

4 days pending? Thats too much waiting time. I havent seen this thread but i did already make an account on hit and did make some transactions with ETH and some BTC but all transactions went fine. Am i just lucky that i didnt get stucked? I was little bit surprised when i saw that there are lots of issues on which all are involve on pending withdrawals and deposits which for now it give me the hesitations to make use on the site again and also seeing that OP do have negative trust. I do really love their site simple to use and do really have systematic way when you do trading but reading up all the issues i think i would pass for now.

Get away from HitBTC. My withdrawal, together with many others, is pending for 6 days now. And the coins I asked to withdraw (valued >1BTC at the day of withdrawal) now have fallen to 2/3 of their value in BTC... It's ridiculous, I'm losing money from minute to minute and can't do a thing.

In my experience you probably will have a smooth process with major coins, however, if you want to transfer something exotic - you gonna have a hard time.

today bitcoins have fallen on the deposit. At last! It's been 12 days!

I can read so many complaints here against HitBTC which I assumed is a very legit cryptocurrency exchange/trading operator. I also have an account in HitBTC though i still have to make a withdrawal of the Bitcoin (just very small) I left in there because I sold a coin I got from an airdrop. Let's hope that HitBTC can be able to resolved all of these concerns and they will really exert all the effort necessary to gain back the lost trust of some. This is an industry which is getting to be very competitive as there are more and more exchanges/trading sites being planned to launch soon. A site which could not keep with the customers' demands might be slowly sidelined and die.
