1) it's a shootout so chips reset each round I don't understand... So here is what a shootout MTT is: Lets say it starts with 64 players. The first round is 32 tables, Heads up matches. 1 v 1. The next round is 16 tables. Chips reset because all that matters is who moves on to the round of 8 tables. you see?

Lets say it start with 54 players with 6-handed tables and......may you please share the rest of the story or link us to somewhere with those info? Also would like to know when it runs: I mean for what I knew 66-man freeroll was starting everytime <300 players were logged in at Swc but yesterday I played my first and only 54 freeroll and, if I remember correctly, there were more than 400 players logged when it appeared in schedule thx for your help

The new freeroll format is shenanigans, I haven't played any, but my gf loves playing them and as this thread shows, the shootout concept just confuses most people who would play freerolls. Why not use freerolls as a way to get people used to playing tournament poker, most tourneys on SWC are not shootouts.

I haven't had the chance to try them out but now that I know that there's a new and confusing format, I'm super excited to try. I'm sure I'll also be confused. Sometimes I think confusion can be fun. Well, low-to-no-stakes confusion, anyway.

Is there anyway you could make a big tournament and the start of every month? And add a freeroll every month that if you win the 100 chip night tournament you get entered in to.

Tables are NOT balanced during play. (No one moves tables; one table might have 3 and another might still have 6)
- When each of the 9 tables are down to 2 players, the remaining 18 players form 3 full tables of 6 each.
- When each of the 3 tables are down to 2 players, the remaining 6 players form the final table.

To be honest I'm a bit worried right now. 600 chips matters a lot for me since I am a student. It is 6 AM now and I should be sleeping but I feel a bit nervous about this. I hope it gets resolved when I wake up.

Maybe some of the hands where you lost where not on normal table and didn't get imported ? fpdb don't work on deep, or half table.

If you have not already, you should email this info to support@sealswithclubs.eu I would never depend on any pokerhand tracker to keep track of chips. They always miss a lot of hands, even the best ones like hold em manager etc. I am really surprised you don't keep track of how much you loaded and what you end each session with. I sincerely doubt 600 chips is just "missing"!

High % chance the error is in your tracking and not our accounting.

On all sites and with all trackers, hands containing a disconnection almost never get imported. Can confirm it: 100% true I remember the resource-intensive DB installed on my machine to run PT3 back in the day when 12 tabling MTTs was my thing. If I recall, it was taking all the HH .txt files and parsing them real-time. If you disconnected it wouldn't poop out an HH, or fire out an incomplete one at best. Not even sure how the SwC HUDs are tracking the hands - I've never used one on SwC - but IMO it has to be a port of the usual method. IMO high likelyhood for occasional failure in that type of system.
