Hi guys im just wondering what are your ways to deal with stress, i can not seem to cope with stress.
Its not just school thats causing this problem for me but other events that occured in my life the past couple of months,
this month has been especially hard, i cant sleep due to the anxiety that i have this is m second night i havent slept.
What are some ways i can relieve this..

the easiest way to deal with stress and to gey rid of it ,if your stress at work for 5 years straight you need to resign to your work ant find another job , if your stress for a week you need to pamper yourself just a little bit go to sm and watch some cinema or play on a arcade or other physically but fun activities, there is a lot of way to deal stress you just need to relax for a while

You will feel stressed if you want to finish all at the same time, so learn to be patient in every problem, learn humble and smile, always thinking positive and solve the problem slowly but surely

I remember my sad times when I was younger, and going to gym or doing yoga that kind of stuff really helps.

Simply do things as you like, things that you love. Every moment has its good and bad side but also, it is a matter of choice if we will only focus on the bad things. And to sum it up? We can overcome stress by doing things that'll make us forget the problems. We tend to overthink about things. We always end up making things complicated. Just enjoy every moment of our lives. It'll surely kick the hell out of stress.

Answer on this is very easy. When you think that you have many problems, just relax, breathe deeply and, then think on something positive, do not let problems to get into your head again, so just continue same as before. Try also with sport or do something what you love. That can help for sure. At least I think so.

Doing crazy things, making you forget your problems, meaning things that are never in action, and problems are not always in mind, because life is flowing like water, will disappear by itself.

I agree with you. You can also try listening to music and sleeping whenever you're stress. Listen to music with soulful genres like classic, RnB, or also try listening to christian worship songs and let God handle everything. Sleeping can also help you relieve stress for it relaxes your whole body. Or go to a spa and have a full body massage. Treat yourself to a buffet and eat out all your stress.

Go to a place of peace, cool air, in a place that is pollution-free air, the sound of wind and splash of falling water, may in this way reduce your sters.

We should walk the road, or do something that makes us happy, hanging out with friends, or lovers, to reduce stress, may help.

I never have stress and depression. All this is just fiction and the desire that you regret. You need to live with joy and gratitude for being alive

When I'm stressed out, I usually listen to calming music. Look for someone to talk to and reminisce good times. Don't think about the cause of stress because you will end up being more stressed.

i ussualy deal stress with sit back in back yard and drink a cup of coffee. Give a refreshing start to your day with a cup of coffee. Caffeine present in the coffee is a good mood booster and makes you feel better. 1-2 cups of coffee per day relieve mild depression. But don’t consume more than 2 cups; otherwise, it may enhance depression.

Some red wine, hot shower before going to sleep are great. I also like to listen to ASMR videos on youtube, they are quite relaxing.
