Exercise is very good for your mental health, but obviously it can be hard to motivate yourself to do it if you're getting bogged down and stressed/depressed etc so it becomes a vicious circle.

You are getting stressed only when you're in silence so the best way is turn on good music and you will become feeling better.

Everywhere you go there is always a stressful situation that will come along. So in order to deal with stress, avoid being in a stressful situation. If you can't escape from that situation, try to lighten up the mood.

find something that relaxes you, and make a pattern of it.
it doesn't has to be something meaningful.

an example of me, is that i simply run to the toilet, and fill up the water in the sink and just stare at it for a while.
Think of its like a pensive from harry potter.

it basically can be anything

Have you tried exercising in the mornings? It helps get those feel goods hormones floating around and personally makes me feel a lot better for the rest of the day. You could start with simple stuff if you've never really worked out. Try some lunges in place or jogging in place for 10 minutes but at a high intensity. Just ask if you need more suggestions.

Go to sleep or make your friends so you can forget all the problems you face. Do not let your problems stress you or damage your life. If you are tired or stressed eating lots of food with someone special or watching movies and playing basketball with your friends

To deal with stress, I usually pray, or talk to someone else about it.  Meet my friends, maybe hearing about their issues make me feel that I don't have it all that bad, then I go back home and think of a way to solve my issues.

There are different ways on how I deal stress,it can be eating, sleeping, playing online games, but most of the time I deal stress by watching anime, and my favorite one is One Piece.

You can’t completely eliminate stress from your life, but you can control how much it affects you. Relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation, and deep breathing activate the body’s relaxation response, a state of restfulness that is the polar opposite of the stress response. When practiced regularly, these activities can reduce your everyday stress levels and boost feelings of joy and serenity. They also increase your ability to stay calm and collected under pressure.
