Also, by my calculations, when adding together the network hashrates for the 5 algorithms (and, of course, adjusting them to the same scrypt or SHA-256 equilvalents), DigiByte has the 6th highest total network hashrate! (And even if I'm off by a little, DGB is certainly in the top 10!) If that, coupled with the active community here on this board, is any indication of what is "decentralized and widely distributed", then, by those two measures, DigiByte must definitely be doing all the right things! What are the other top 5? BTC, UNO, BCX, DOGE, LTC, in that order. It depends on when you look, and you'd have to do a more thorough study with averages to really be precise. Of those that also compete for the top 10 and that are also listed on Cryptsy figure MZC, ZET, SYS and VIA. In terms of trading volumen, DGB is in the top 5 of that group ( http://coinmarketcap.com/ ). Superised there is no Dash (old dark coin), the difficulty is 4700. |

Speaking of the wallet... I have been fiddling with it a few days and I cannot find the generate new address button... I'm pretty sure it used to be... I don't remember. Maybe I'm just dumb those days. Can someone give me a pointer?

DASH is in the top 10, ahead of DGB - as probably are SYS and VIA too - after having gone back and looked at the realtime data a couple of times today, it looks more like DGB might be in 9th or so place . . . still Top Ten material though! |
