I wait my bitcoins to my address from 21.05.2017... 5 days and nothing.. My transaction is Awaiting Approval. I have my account confirmed and my limit is 25.000$ ... Is over 2.000$ but they blocked them. I think i get scammed  Level 2 Verification Daily withdrawal limit $25,000 USD equivalent VERIFIED

I avoid Poloniex like the plague. It took 2 Months to verify my account; 3-5 days on average for each reply. After the DDOS attack my account reset to 0 verification, the entire thing was wiped. It's been over a week and support has simply stopped. I was fortunate to have withdrawn all the coins I was trading. The first time I tried to withdraw I had to wait for manual approval that took 3 days and ½. I have not actively traded on any exchange in a month. Shapeshift/Changelly was what I was using but was missing out on major trades. So now I'm using Bittrex. I don't trust Bittrex. This new exchange EON and I have no doubt it will be good but it's shady. It's partly centralized and they were deceptive during their campaign they didn't tell people that U.S. citizens couldn't participate upfront and never replied to emails for comment. They are an EU centralized exchange with decentralized service, that is all. I'm interested in NVO: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1917456.0I'm not really sure I understand Blocknet, it seems like a blockchain that lets you build a trade platform on it? Not sure what's special about it…would like to be educated regarding it. Can you build a trade platform off of it; or is it a trade platform in and of itself? But I agree we really need something that competes against more modern services; that doesn't just offer the basics and doesn't focus on KYC compliance, with high volume and liquidity.

I have my support ticket memorized given how many times I've had to type it out pleading in the Polo trollbox for an answer.
I initiated my withdrawal on May 16th. Withdrawal has been pending approval even after I email confirmed it. I put in a ticket, and requested updates on multiple occasions through email. No response. I beg for an update in their troll box and I get no help- I get banned.
I am so fucking angry at this fucking exchange and this motherfucker Tristan. I hope he gets a long jail sentence.
I just want to give an update. After 9+ days I finally got a response and they cancelled my withdrawal. There reason for my withdrawal pending for 9 days was that my account profile name had not been setup initially. I find this a little confusing, but acceptable since my account was recently opened. I still think for an exchange that size and with that much revenue, they need more support staff. This experience shook my faith in centralized exchanges. It showed me that I don't have control over my funds, it was scary being at the mercy of an exchange's hiring decisions/slow support. It was also stressful. I am now looking for decentralized options. While Poloniex has high liquidity and it's a good place to cashout of alts, there is risk involved if you're unverified.

I deposited BTC and signed up, 13 days ago. Due to Washington state address they frozen my account and said they would send me back my btc.
They have not sent back my multiple BTC and refuse to answer any support tickets.

I have had my lawyer send the company's registered agent a formal request for my BTC and will be taking further action shortly.

I hope problems will be solved once they cleared issues with the members because now they are facing many challenges in the form of Site due to the growth of people who are actively trading. Cryptocurrency industry keeps on increasing so they need to take lot measures to improve the support system in order to solve the issues immediately.

I made a new account so I can get in ... and write to solve my problem now but I got a ban on my IP I have coins in an account I have no access and I can not trade with them due to! Because someone from https: //poloniex.com who does not end up working ...

I´ve been trying withdraw my siacoins for one month now.. everytime the withdraw is not disabled i get a complete error.. was no problem the mods deleted the transaction and i had the coins back..but now the mods says they can´t do anything and i should write a support ticket... as shoutbox says i will have to wait then for months..
Looking at the other people in the shoutbox many users have the problems with different coins.
Looks like next Mt. Gox is comming.
