I deposited BTC and signed up, 13 days ago.
Due to Washington state address they frozen my account and said they would send me back my btc.

They have not sent back my multiple BTC and refuse to answer any support tickets.

Ticket # 153119
Ticket # 171678

I have had my lawyer send the company's registered agent a formal request for my BTC and will be  taking further action shortly.

BEWARE TRADERS

NOW 23 days without any support from POLONIEX.

I have sent a registered letter to agent in Delaware and no reply, I will be starting a website for all those people that have issues with POLONIEX and see if there is enough people out there to start a class action suit against the company.

Same here. Polo support sucks. No replyes. I think it is a SCAM situation. Let's suit polo, terrible exchange service.

Bitcoin mining is now a specialized and very risky industry, just like gold mining. Amateur miners are unlikely to make much money, and may even lose money. Bitcoin is much more than just mining, though!

Not sure what is going on, but my withdrawals, deposits and stuff is working fine. During the night and on the weekend polo is still slow and sometimes the API times out, but I've never had issues with support or withdrawals on a daily basis.

I find it odd also that most if not all the scam sayers are newbie accounts..?

I hope they fix their systems soon, but it's not as bad as some people say.

The only problem I have is when set up the order, it is slow some times.

Hi Poloniex team,

Do you recognize critical withdrawal issues of SC (Siacoin)? Transactions issued from only you has been not processed at all on the chain. You have to make SC withdrawal unavailable immediately until you fix the bug. And please refund them to customers wallet or process requests asap.

Same here.

They are struggling with support under the influx of new users, same as the other exchanges and come to that most other centralised crypto services.

It’s no fun having stuck transactions, I’ve been there with other exchanges, following up a ticket is irresistible but it just compounds the support backlog they have.

I think the decentralised exchange that can provide 100% reliable efficient service ruled only by code will eventually leave these centralised dinosaurs in the junkyard. It has turned the whole bitcoin/altcoin ecosystem into a farce and the complete opposite of what bitcoin set out to accomplish.

Hey Poloniex,

I am trying to withdraw 6K+ Bela since last weekend, but the withdrawl is not coming through. I'm receiving the confirmation email, but the transaction status is PENDING and not changing. Have tried 5 times now to get the coins off the exchange, but nothing works.

BelaCoin blockchain is up and running, so that can't be the issue....

Help please?

I just tried to log into my account and received an Error 1015 rate limit message.  Some sort of temporary ban on my ip.  Does anyone know how long this ban is for?

I agree that useless tickets clogs up support, but their website says if your withdrawl has been pending for more then 60 minutes to open a ticket.  It would be so much easier if they just posted the status of the wallets, or systems, or whatever the hold up is, instead of leaving everyone in the dark, not knowing if it's just an issue with their transaction, or a larger system/wallet issue.

In my opinion, Poloniex should delist all the shitcoins... By shitcoins I mean here coins that have been constantly been traded under 1000 btc/day and focus on the prime service of the coins that bring the volumes (and fees) to the exchange.
Now as it attempts to please all the communities they end up having poor service and a lot of lagging.
Their website has not been working fine with me for 1-2 years already when using mobile site... It basically kills the battery as it is somehow quite heavy to roll on mobile phone..
