Yeah, the the language can get pretty damn sophisticated but if page after page of definitions and sub-definitions are used to box scenarios in until they can be considered infallible there's still the issue of enforcement. Just as you say with Libya, tptb can go to extreme lengths to get their way, will they go as far as creating a scenario to justify crippling global communications? I honestly don't know but it's not inconceivable and that honestly scares me as it's hard to come up with a peaceful scenario for that and what do a few million lives matter when the stakes are power?
But that's getting a bit ahead of the point, laws are only relevant where they can be applied and the law knows its limitations and knows that trying to extend its reach too far can bring its legitimacy into question. Trying to enforce authority on something like crypto is extremely risky, if its something people want then even the very best case scenario is heavily tarnished with fascism and as crypto is ever evolving it's far more likely to end in humiliation.
There was once a little company that thought they could take on open source in the courtroom called SCO. Well, not such a little company actually, quite a big company, back in their hayday they probably had somewhere around the same kind of market and share as Oracle has now. They tried to claim rights to Linux but couldn't win that battle and they had Microsofts might behind them, it wiped them out.
SCO bankruptcy was a beauty... Old Marxist Antonio Gramsci famously said, "I'm a pessimist because of intelligence, but an optimist because of will," so I also chose to be an optimist. Also, it's fun to think about those issues so I do not think they need to cripple global communications in order to go after Bitcoin Nodes, Dash Masternodes, Ethereum Nodes etc., as these are heavily concentrated anyway. And how many are in total, less than 20K? Sure, I am aware that if Amazon would be forced to take them down others will pop up elsewhere, but we deal with a monstrous hydra that kills left and right in order to survive. I am in Berlin at the moment and just this morning had a conversation with an immensely intelligent person. "I am not sure anarchy would be better," was her comment on my statement that the system "they" created is pure evil and that needs to be dismantled. Well, I replied, it requires a system (Churches or Kingdoms in medieval ages; corporatism today) to send people to kill and die in foreign lands. "The people, if left to their own faculties, would not just organize and invade Iraq, or, in your case, Russia , without being brainwashed first." It left her think. P2P decentralized society that is emerging in front of our eyes is the first thing in ages that makes me an optimist without needing efforts of a will.

Likewise, when the Iraq war started I practically lost all faith in our future but the changes we're seeing now have more than restored it, the day I found out about Bitcoin was a good one We can't really get a handle on just how much power a relatively small number wield though, even the most tinfoil coated paranoid couldn't be familiar with every tendril and every means available to maintaining that power and so we can't really have any idea of how much power the communications revolution threatens and what the consequences of that will be. Open communications alone must be a huge threat, you can almost see the waves of awareness washing over the world and then along comes crypto... That's why my fear for global communications but it's like you say with anarchy, there's clearly so much broken beyond repair that has to be rewritten but trying to do that all at once, to switch of the old and broken and start up the new and improved would lead to "interesting times". We might not all decide to invade Iraq but that's only a matter of scale, we're naturally inclined to regulate own numbers through violence and, as broken as the systems we have are, they do at least go some way towards keeping that inclination at bay. The peaceful alternative is progressive changes and it's almost painful to try and get a handle on how long it would take to span that void between life today with its broken systems and those little glimpses of Utopia, and we can't really see any more than little glimpses, we can try to build something that solves every one of our conceivable problems today but the chaos will come pouring in and things will need fixing before the sun goes down. Viva la Evolution Something that worried me a bit when thinking over all that cross-chain stuff earlier and is kind of relevant, that interlinking, DAOs, it's all heading towards online entities and the birth of the machine but in between are a whole lot of machines fighting for survival. Sorry, a bit tinfoil wrapped and OT but it seems like a Saturday for that kind of thing

Prediction for next big drop ?
Well it survived the 4 and 6-hour corrections so it may get a bit of a pump now. Thing is if there's no sugar Daddy it's unlikely to get through all the resistance. Thought it might get back up to 30 at least. If there is a sugar Daddy then it might go to 0.04. What about Dash ?!! I think it's confounding everyone on Polo. The anti-dash trolls on there are starting to be hated by the regular traders for doing them out of a great investment Trolling starting to backfire. Shoe moving to other foot.

It's doing OK, but it's not looking too healthy. I say this as an investor in it. Looks due a little boost now though.

How do the eth charts look today? Decent drop this early morning and order book looks really thin on the buy side.
I know this is technically irrelevant but I figure the eth crash when it comes is likely to bring money into dash.

Well I got my stop-loss taken out through the night so I don't think I'll touch it again now. Spectator sport only from now on Also, all the charts are turning pretty grim. I think people are stuck up there just hoping enough buy liquidity will turn up to let them escape. What will probably happen is it will sink down a bit then get a pump, then sink some more etc..

How many coins has Dash seen rise and fall? Throughout all of the reckless volitility around it, Dash remains stable, with incremental gain after incremental gain. Because of the dual-market stabilizing effect, this really is a great project for investors.
