Well it is discussing for too long now... But looks like fist Russian people can go to prison for using Bitcoin even it 2016...

What can I comment on it... Just that having Bitcoins becomes too risky here. DASH is much more safe to keep here IMO because of it's anonymity features.  Cool

Make sure you stay safe, Alex!  I'm starting to worry, you do know how to use all those tools to hide your location safely!  And don't you dare disappear without a trace!  It'll freak me out not knowing you're OK!!!!
Agreed. Stay safe, bud.

Thanks, Dash Nation Citizens! In fact I still hope things will go positive about cryptocurrencies here... We always want to hope for better life, but better have some DASH in your pocket - just in case...  Smiley

Have not read much into it(or it might already exist) but why not create a proposal that the 10% block reward go towards creating Foundation/Developer MasterNodes? That way it adds nodes to the system while also doubling up as steady source of revenue for development?

If it's been suggested already, carry on as per usual...

What about this?

How about 30% mining, 20% development, 10% budgets, 40% masternodes? err hopefully that's 100%  Grin

I just did a new thread on DashTalk.org regarding this month's budget proposals.  I really think they all deserve attention and your time.  Please read up, ask questions, make comments on their respective threads, and finally, please VOTE!

Thank you everyone!

The biggest problem with this is that the foundation would have to start managing large sums of money, the Dash would not get redistributed (and there would be too many masternodes built up too fast)

The way it is now, we have immediate funds to use (instead of sitting around waiting for enough payouts) and this is a race that we must stay in the lead of.  If not, a competitor will overtake us.

But the biggest thing I don't like is that it would be another level of hording funds when spending them for services is so much healthier for the Dash economy.

From Exmo with Love:

Does anyone in here actually use EXMO?

I only have troubles and stress with them so far (KYC a nightmare, DASH withdrawal blocked for 3 days because I had changed something in my profile and I use 2FA (!) and now they lost a EUR deposit).

Edit: To be fair, at least their support is fast. Not very helpfull but fast.

Yes - I have no problems with EXMO - no limits for withdraw - no verification - InstantX - cool!
(but I don't use fiat yet and I don't change profile).

Sorry you're having such a bad time over there.

There is no logical reason why the price would be higher on an exchange with tiny overall volume than on one with massive overall volume.

EXMO is probably just the new Livecoin.  It does not Seem Legit®.

Dash price is being artificially boosted there in a transparent attempt to encourage arbitrage, and (more importantly) a shift in volume from Polo.

It's not going to work any more than the lulzy failure of Dashcurex.

I use Exmo 2 years without any problems. You need to read rules before, warning about blocking after profile changes is on user agreement: https://exmo.com/en/docs/agreement/
4.11 The User cannot withdraw Tools during 3 (three) days after changing User Account Data (when changing or restoring password, and also when changing authorization method).

It was only your troubles not Exmo.

Yes, I know it is there in the fineprint, I also checked afterwards, my bad. I still can choose to find that rule idiotic and ridiculous, can I? I still can state that I never had such an experience with any other crypto-exchange since 2011?
Or can you explain to me the point of blocking withdrawals for 3 days (!!! 36 hours!!!) just because I activated 2FA?

I suppose that depends on your perspective  Wink

If it was you yourself who changed your account details then the wait might be a bit of a pain.

On the other hand if was somebody else and not you, you'd be praising them to high heaven for taking security so seriously and allowing you time to sollicit an intervention before your coins walked off into the distance.

I think it's a great rule and about time that changes to account security & login details were given far more importance than they currently are.

It`s not that I don`t get that. But 36 hours? Oh, and if the system is so clever: how about getting an email warning me about the "intrusion" and the consequences? I`ve checked among the dozens of support and other EXMO Mails I got from there (2 for every log in for instance), but no warning of any account/profile change and the account being frozen.
But ok, my mistake. Reminds me of being the only person not reading the fineprint before ;-)

I`m still curious how the lost EUR deposit will solve itself. At the moment they asked me the third time in a row to provide something I haven`t, i.e. a deposit receipt with my name on it. I`ve provided them the normal deposit receipt. Every Fidor customer can check: no name, only MY IBAN, but also with the specific "payment description"-code. So until now they simply act as if it is not my money/account. No warning, no message, I had to ask where my money is.

Have I also been warned of that somewhere before?

Same thing happened to me after 2FA activation but I received an email (you should to) about a profile edit in my account

Quote
Description: TOTP settings changed

So if I didn't made those changes myself I would call support ASAP.

My experience so far with them:

- Quick deposit
- Good interface speed
- Intuitive trading interface
- Fast support
- Security oriented

I'll try SEPA withdrawal next monday, will report results.
