I googled Dash from work, and saw that we are now the fourth search result! That's a great improvement in a short time.

I think we are witnessing an increased seperation between the top 9 cryptocurrencies and all the other cryptocurrencies
in the form of marketcap growth and news coverage.

Within those top 9 there is room for :

Growth (currently Dash / MaidSafe / NEM)
Stagnation (currently LTC / BTC / ETH / ETC)
Fall back (currently Steem, Ripple).  

I'm curious to see if Zerocash / Zcash will get enough upswing from start to make it a top 10 cryptocurrencies ...

The next gen of coins will leave the older cryptos behind, why would you buy LTC when you can buy WBB or Waves, STEEM, Factoids.

There is also a risk factor in this all i think, which can be observed through ETC / ETH, which are relatively new cryptocurrencies who turn out to have a much higher risk factor
as their code clearly have not been vetted over time. The same goes for all the other new and upcoming cryptocurrencies, investors will take high(er) risks if they invest in those.

If you look at LTC longterm you will notice it seems very stable these days, still has high daily volumes and is very populair in China. I think the only threat it really has is from some
cryptocurrency inside that top 9 (most likely Dash).

Yeah that shows how much has happened between 2014 and now.
I wonder how things will look two years from today, not just for Dash but for the whole cryptocurrency industry which is moving much faster
then any other industry. The cypherpunk in me believes we (the whole cryptoscene) are exploring and establishing new frontiers here...

Well, last year I sold my masternode coins (with profit) but it starting to tickle again  Still have a small investment in DASH, and shifted some leftover DAO tokens to DASH. Glad that this coin is still innovative and growing.

Spectrocoin got updated and fixed their extortionate fees. So seems promising.

It was promissed that DASH holders will get interest and that this exchange will introduce DASH debit card, which is supposed to be released like now.

yeah, if you look at the orderbook at Poloniex there really is not much resistance on the orderbook, which means a major breakout with a totally new ATH
could be imminent....

Is the highest price 0.027? I remember it hit 0.027 in mintpal, but mp is the history now. I was astonished by dash pump from 0.001 to 0.027. I don't remember clearly.
