Would it be dumb to use 3 Masternodes worth of Darkcoin to mix amongst themselves before creating masternodes? Put 1000 DRK in three separate wallets, open on 3 PCs and let them mix with the rest of the network, I imagine that it would go quite a bit faster? Maybe an exercise in futility.
hmmm that could work, but I`m wondering if you need three different IP of these wallets they are active on. Friday is almost there. I`ll use 3 runds too...

Do you guys think that number of wallets to mix with will pick up once adoption grows? If not, then we might have a problem to solve. Then it would be nice if we had some kind of direct financial incentive to mix our coins all the time.
I expect we will be fine, but we might need a plan B to boost number of wallets to mix with, just in case. I have no idea how to achieve this directly though (without improving adoption).

Would be nice if people with lots of DRK had ways of automating Darksend mixing. Although they would probably rather create masternodes.

I'd like to thank eduffield and the other developers for this critically important evolution in virtual currency. DarkCoin is what bitcoin should have been. Some might call it "Bitcoin 2.0" but would do better by saying: "DarkCoin is digital cash." - Child Harold - February 28, 2014 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=421615.msg5424980#msg5424980

What version were you updating from? As long as it wasn't a change to the protocol, you can update just the remote daemon without issuing masternode start from local.

With adoption comes more users and as such, there should be more willing parties participating in the darksend process--after all, the whole point of the coin is privacy so as users adopt it, they'll be using the core feature of the coin. These things take time. I am helping out darksending coins on a regular basis to help others find pairs. If someone codes a script that can loop the process, I will run it for as long as I can till adoption picks up.

I've had a masternode up for 48hrs and not had a payment yet. Not sure if this is normal or not. Can anyone tell me if I should have had one yet?

How many confirmations you have for the 1000 DRK?

How many confirmations you have for the 1000 DRK? 1128, but it shows in the transactions list as address (n/a) and amount 0.00. Is that normal?
