Right now my X11 rig (the stuck one) is offline, I've switched to X13. Anyway, my stuck rig ID is gemmacoin-4967

Thanks for your help!
I pointed my miner to it, and one second later this happened: https://i.imgur.com/ryLRULk.png

Try again later to see if it works.

Yes, several times and my ring is still stuck at Rented - ends in a few moments for more than 4 hours. Right now my rig is online and hashing at my backup pool, but unfortunately unable to rent it.
Send me the rig ID so I can have a look.

13 hours no response from ticket, 100mh rented completely gone to waste on dead pool as pools will not change, My advice:
AVOID BETARIGS.COM LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Sorry to hear that. Here are some things you might try:
1. Create a duplicate rig profile/account and start renting again, the effort is less than 13 hours and cheaper than the lost profit, I'm sure you can complete this task.
2. Not post huge red panicky banners against the service that you suggest gives you a highly profitable edge and prevent others from obtaining them too.

1. Yeah that's what it'll do throw some more BTC down the drain! How do you propose that I re-rent rigs i'm already stuck in rental with?
2. Profitable edge? it's done nothing but cost me money, if their service had a backup pool option like other sites it would not be an issue

Why are they not updating anyone after all this time?

Do you work for them? If so can you please make the rigs I have rented point at the pool that's set!
1. If Betarigs does not offer a better profit than other pools, why use Betarigs? How are you throwing BTC away? You can re-rent rigs by simply reconfiguring miner pool credentials to use... say another Betarigs rig profile
2. If your miner goes to a backup pool, then it's not costing you money. The client has to pay for what you get, what arrangement are you suggesting, that the client pays full price for you to mine to a backup pool?

I think you are missing the point here I'm not renting my own rigs I'm buying rigs for rental, I bought 100mh and could not change pools therefore It was all going to waste, Betarigs have since got back to be and will be refunding lost time, problem solved, though I wont make what I was going to I will at least not lose money.

to be fair; although the big red lettering was unnecessary, a simple failover function on betrigs would be a great help to everyone concerned.

Anyone has detected new issues?.

My X13 rig, actually not rented but mining fine at my backup pool, seems to be offline in "my own rigs page" (Getting "Your rig is right now not connected" message) when it is not. Of course it is not also listed in rental page.

Something wrong with the best rated rigs list?

One of my rigs was in the top 10 yesterday and now it's 725th, nothing has changed with my feedback...

I too get such an issue now and then. Sometimes I get 4 or 5 rigs available in the list and if I scroll down a lot of rigs available in between rented rigs. Its like a sorting issue in the page.

Yes, definetly. And i am saying that as a rig owner.
This would bring more traffic to the site, and renters would be more protected + we wouldnt have to worry when renters/some pool mess up.
Everyone would benefit from that, dont see why new algos are added before this.
we would simply add one more pool to the code; "-o betarig1 , betarig2 and then our pool for unrented time"

cheers

I registered and the first time I tried to rent I couldn't rent a big miner without renting a smaller one first. That was the day I decided not to use betarigs .

At least give me a "are you sure you know what your doing, if so click here to rent" option. I stick with MMR now, sooooo much easier.

Yes.

Something like miningrigrentals.com has where users can put in more pools that they can switch between and use as failovers.  I think more rentals would occur on a more regular basis.

Personally i have chosen to use miningrigrentals.com more often then betarigs for that sole reason. Failover options, sort by price/speed, etc. I really wish betarigs would adopt those same features.

Every single time I go to log in to betarigs I need to reset my password because it never lets me log in with my correct user/pass. After password reset I can log in fine and then session eventually times out, and I need to reset password again.

I can't be the only one that has this?
I've been using Betarigs for about 3 weeks and it's like this every single day.

YES!

Anyone know what time they usually address tickets?

Too long.  They have no SLA ( service level agreement ) so it doesn't seem to matter how long they take.  But to be fair I've never had a ticket go TOTALLY unanswer.  Just many times it take between 8 - 16 hours to get a reply.
