Bounty hunters help to expose ICOs to crypto related audience to attract investors for the project. No matter how promising the project may be, if the ICO fails, the project won't see the light of the day. Bounty hunters are very important in ICOs. But there is one thing am not happy about bounty hunters. They usually dump their coins at any price the moment it is listed on an exchage which usually drops the price of the coin even below the ICO price putting the investors at a disadvantage. I want to advise the hunters to hold their bounty tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coin. We shouldn't forget we are all stakeholders

I absolutely agree with you 100%. But you in his request did not take into account one thing - BUT!  All bounty hunters spend a huge amount of time on the conduct of a particular advertising campaign. Sometimes it can last from 6 to 25-30 weeks. And now imagine how much he is waiting for his profit, how many weeks or months and here it is charged to his wallet, naturally he has an emotional reflex and he wants to cash his coins in Fiat. Since he is waiting for this money, like manna from heaven. Therefore, he has no time to take into account the mutual interests, and there is no need. Everyone is spinning here as they can. Thinking only about their profits, that's a fact!

This is a very good advice. But lately, we have noticed that most of the dumping comes from other stakeholders who have a great majority of coins in their possession, hence their dumping affects the price greatly. If bounty hunters are also victims, then they should halt this dumping.

In fact, it is already too late to give advice to many hunters, since this work is becoming unprofitable. It's time to do something else. And it is better to invest small sums in projects and not to steam =)

Everyone decides what to do with his tokens, investors do not think that the price will fall when they get to the stock exchanges, they still have to earn their money, and after that the price may not be restored. Bounty hunters are the same people with the same desire to earn.

Yes, bounty hunters who are part of the success of an ICO should not pull it down by dumping it and making it difficult for it to rise. I think we need to change our mentalities that know that we too are investors. We invest our time, effort and even out money.

I agree with you that we are owners of one interest
I also agree with you not to sell and prefer to hold until the price rises

But I am disagree with the fact that the sale of hunters leads to a low price token
Because the proportion of what they carry little
Other factors include weak liquidity in the market
And Bitcoin dominance.

Dumping is too common with bounty hunters. Some even leave the ICO social media groups as soon as they are paid their bounty tokens.

I think bounty hunters deserve their payments to sell because it is their right when to sell their coins most especially if they badly need to convert it to fiat.Bounty hunters allocation seems just a small percentage where I see not a reason for the coins to dump.

Your advice looks good, but if you think you are suggesting that bounty hunters hold their tokens, then it's ridiculous. They get tokens, they have the right to decide how to use them.

I used to hold a lot of token from ICO, i often sell them after 2-3 weeks after they are listed on exchanges, that is a good time because of higher price Smiley

Bounty hunters really cause dumping price of tokens once they listed to the market or exchanges site because they sell their token and only some of them are hold their coin . That is what always happened once the token listed the price become the ICO price so the investor lose some of their capital and only bounty hunters earn money.

Something you should understand is that bounty hunter works for whatever they earn i think, so I believe you can decide what they have to do with their reward. The point is as if you telling someone who work and earn some cash when to spend it or pay his bills.

Well since we earned it we could do what we want with it,
But we couldn't really point out that bounty hunters are the responsible for the price drop,
First of all we only hold a small amount of the token so we couldn't drive the price down so don't blame us if the token price is dropping down.

Well, my advice to all bounty hunter's be careful when joining bounty campaign and don't be lazy when searching good campaign since it's not easy to promote their projects in couple of months and it turn out into a scam project.

Bounty hunters are people with the strongest nerves. Since no matter what they continue to work. Although there have been no payments for a long time, they still work.

Bounty hunters have the right to do with their coin/token whatever they wanna, you don't have to tell them what to do with their coin and how are you sure is only bounty hunters that dump after ICOs?

Well they all have to be careful in looking for bounty campaigns because nowadays more and more bounties are also scams. I think this should be avoided
