Bounty hunters help to expose ICOs to crypto related audience to attract investors for the project. No matter how promising the project may be, if the ICO fails, the project won't see the light of the day. Bounty hunters are very important in ICOs. But there is one thing am not happy about bounty hunters. They usually dump their coins at any price the moment it is listed on an exchage which usually drops the price of the coin even below the ICO price putting the investors at a disadvantage. I want to advise the hunters to hold their bounty tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coin. We shouldn't forget we are all stakeholders

Being a bounty hunter, I have to say that this thread was quite ridiculous. Bounty hunters are not treated well in the vast majority of the campaigns. Spreadsheets are not updated on time and the stakes are not properly calculated. And in many cases, the bounty manager doesn't even give basic information such as the end date of the bounty. And if you are so concerned about the dumping of coins, then you should reward the bounty hunters in ETH. It should not be a problem, since the campaign budget is usually 1% to 2% of the total ICO budget.

I think at some point you are right that a bounty hunters after getting tokens Immediate sell them and the price will fall of that ICO immediate after launching. But my point is every project pay just 2 to 3 % of total to all bounty hunters and if they all sell their tokens Immediate after getting, how this effect on price at launching. Second if the team think like this then they should pay them in ETH or  Bitcoin. Everyone has right to sell his token when he wants to sell you cannot force them to hold.

The project at the beginning of the release of the phantom. But they do not work on the way out. But even after going out on bizhy, there are no guarantees that he does not like that he did like to come to MGO (https://coinmarketcap.com/ru/currencies/mobilego/)

Generally most of them do not care about the projects they are promoting. Recently the teams trying to have control over the sale of tokens by the way of a slow allocation, after some time.

You cannot expect hired hunters to carry their coins, they are not investors. They are paid for their work and take tokens as income,
The ICO manager must distribute gifts in such a way that the bounty hunter cannot influence the price by selling early.

I do not agree with the author, I did not sell tokens for half a year, now they turned into candy wrappers, I'm very upset that I did not sell tokens right away. Now I'm selling at the first opportunity.

Experience like that is experienced by many people at this time because the value of Bitcoin that is unstable makes all other types of coins experience the same thing. You should be active to see developments about these coins because virtual coins are not things you can predict to go up or down. if You have held the coin for years and the end has no results, you should make it a new lesson but you should sell these types of coins and invest in coins that have great potential to generate profits in the future. Exp : Bitcoin,Ethereum etc

If you're a bounty hunter and you earned good amounts of coins from the project that you been participating, don't dump the coin reward yet. You're not helping the community of the project, but making it more worst due to price will decline immediately due to panic attractions that caused other traders to sell early.

For me as a bounty hunter I would suggest it to hold the coins that came from the project they join. Everyone should have their own decisions on how they token will do. Study and learn how will token will be done eventually in the near future so that we can decide on the tokens your holding.

No matter how promising the project may be, if the ICO fails, the project won't see the light of the day.
In this case, selling at any price would be the best option for hunters. This is not that easy even for professionals to distinguish the real ico from scams. Note that great percentage of ICOs for the first half of 2018 were scams.

Bounty hunters are very important in ICOs. But there is one thing am not happy about bounty hunters. They usually dump their coins at any price the moment it is listed on an exchage which usually drops the price of the coin even below the ICO price putting the investors at a disadvantage.
In fact, not only hunters responsible for the price dump of such a coin after the end of the ICO and hitting exchanges;
- Early investors receive, in general, from 10% to even 50% bonus in tokens. So they sold them at any price to garantee max profits.
- ICO strategy has to consider the fact that bounty hunters will sell their rewards directly after receiving them. So some of them divide the paiements into dividents to be paied in seperated dates. Some others pay hunters in ether or btc to avoid price dump.

I want to advise the hunters to hold their bounty tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coin. We shouldn't forget we are all stakeholders
In order to do this in the right way, i recommend hunters to do their own researches about the project behind any bounty campaign they would join; stakeholders from bounty hunters in a scammy ICO are also considered scammed.

I am the one us a bounty hunter in my own opinion I just wanna hold for short term about my token. We study first on how to sale the token in a right time. And if we think that the price is up maybe I sale my token. But for every one it depends upon their descession ether the sale their tokens or not because it is yours not mind. And I will advice hunters that don't hold you coin  for long term  maybe you fell frustrated when the time will come we don't know the situation that's why we take advantage for that.

Delaying the allocation is not going to work. The right solution is to pay the bounty hunters in either ETH or BTC. Keeping them frustrated for months after the end of the campaign is not a very ethical thing to do.

Almost every bounty hunters do this kind of act. And it wont do any favor to the coin prices, but at some ICO's which delayed the distribution, their coin prices already falls long before the distribution happens, so we can't just put the blames on the bounty hunters if this kind of event occurs. Its the project itself failed to develops their project/product.

It is really very difficult to say anybody to follow your advice. If they want  they can hold or sell their tokens that is their own choice. But we must take our decision with calm mind. Don't be panic and don't take any decision in hurry.

At the moment, the market will work such a scheme - if you do not sell now, you will sell later much cheaper. Many new coins are now very much falling in price after entering the exchange.  And there is no guarantee that the next turn of the market token can reach the price of ICO. I'm not even trying to talk about a good profit. Now, this is the most reasonable option.

They are paid hunters, they are not investors so they will never care about the price that goes down. They will sell all to have money and spend for their lives.

Many bounty hunters sell all the tokens they get when prices fall and regret the price rise months later. So don't sell your tokens easily. Holding them for a long time will make us more money.

I think those that dump their coin ate those that do not understand how cryptocurrency work!  The value of any torn or coin held is usually become higher with development and growth which usually take time to achieve!

but not all bounty hunters will sell coins that they use from bounty payments at very cheap prices, if you here suggest bounty hunters not to sell their coins at low prices then I would advise investors not to sell bonuses they get from ico all of it because this will also cause a dump

I agree with that just hodl your coins that received on a bounty project and wait for the right time to sell of them but on the time of emergency it is not to possible to hodl anymore just sell them on a time of needed.

The truth is crypto world is complicated, if you decide to hodl your tokens, other dumpers will dump on you and at the long run you end up in tears and loss
So the basic truth is that literally, there are alot to be done
We need to educate ourselves, but still if a bounty hunter feels the price is enough profit for him/her there is nothing that can be done.

Yeah, our crypto world full of complications you cannot control the decision and feelings of other bounty hunters if they fell that the price can satisfied or can compensate their labour we cannot blame them cause they want also to enjoy the fruits of cryptocurrency.
