Can someone change the payment address without knowing your 4 digit pin?

Nope

Can you please help me find out where's 5eth gone from my account on MPH?

Did your payment address change?
You can explore every transaction at Transactions page. Filter Debit types and you will see each of them.

Tell me your id or id num, then I'll look into it.

User ID4976
My payment address changed and there was a MP followed by a series of AP. Initially I had my payment treshold at zero and I was doing MP, but after the address was changed, the treshold was set to 0.01. Thank you for your support.

Have you requested PIN reset to your email?
A PIN reset request mail sent to your account at 26th Feb, 18:29 UTC
If not, you should check your email account security. Add OTP or ARS voice verification to your email account.

I found several ETH payments to 0xb983be3c90cc741e3bf2dc7929b57b62ab8b946c
Which is BTC-e wallet address.

Interestingly, these payouts were done before the PIN request.
Also there were no incorrect PIN attempts at your account.

Seems like someone knows your PIN number exactly.
Maybe it is saved at web browser autofill form and someone used your computer. I have no idea about it.

I think you should contact BTC-e to tell about your coins. They can analyze who changed wallet address because they can match wallet address to their member account.

Thank you, I have missed your post initially, sorry for that.
Yes, I have requested the pin reset after I observed the transactions to 0xb983be3c90cc741e3bf2dc7929b57b62ab8b946c to prevent further transactions. That's why it is correct what you mentioned that these happened before the pin reset.
There is nobody who uses the same computer, so it is excluded that the transactions were requested from the same terminal. What is strange is that this happened only to the ETH wallet, while I had coins in the XMR wallet as well. Can you confirm that the account is not related to MPH?.
I will check with BTC-e if they are willing to support me. Thanks

Yeah, I can confirm that address is not related to mph.
I and pool have never used btc-e.

Hello miningpoolhub folks

I had a Monero autoexchange debit (Debit_AE block number of n/a) but there is no credit on the Ethereum account.
The transaction was over 19 hours ago.

For now I have turned off autoexchange coin (to "not set") to avoid any other disappearing coin  but can you please tell me how to resolve this?
Is there any address to inquire with other that this blog?

Thanks

Auto exchange needs time to complete. Pool doesn't swap coin by its market price, but really send coin to exchange site and exchange, withdraw, and credit to each account.
Not even thinking of long transaction confirmation time for monero, there's some condition to overcome to exchange. (like minimum trade volume, minimum withdrawal volume, withdrawal fee etc)

Most coins are already exchanged but waiting for certain amount to be piled up to reduce the withdrawal fee the exchange site is charging.
(As pool is just user of exchange site, there's no way to avoid this. But this fee amount should be small as pool does it once for many users)

It needs at least about 4 hours, and maybe 1~3 days.

This is not a bug. It is well described at auto exchange page.
You can see whole coin movements roughly at Balances page after login
https://miningpoolhub.com/?page=account&action=balances

I know it would be better if UI was more transparent and informative. I'll improve them.

@miningpoolhub Thank you.
One other question, and a suggested bit of text for your auto-exchange page to help make it more clear.
bb

Question? For auto-exchange does it exchange all coins in the wallet or only if it is above a certain amount?

Suggested help text for your auto exchange page:

Coins are removed from wallet with a Debit_AE (Debit Auto Exchange) transaction and will appear in the destination wallet with a Credit_AE transaction. These transactions can be viewed on the wallet page for each coin. However there can be significant delays between the debit and the credit.  Delays can happen because 1) The miningpoolhub accumulates coins so that they can be efficiently converted at the exchange, and there are minimum amounts for efficient conversion.  This delay partially depends on the amount of work miningpoolhub miners put into this specific coin.  2) The block confirmation times (which can be very long on some coins) delay the exchange at various points along the way. 3) Low transaction volume at the exchange on one of the coins involved, can create delays in conversion.

Therefore delays (even delays measured in days for some coins) are possible.

Pool doesn't send dust little amount every time to exchange site. But the main idea is that pool tries to exchange as soon as fast.
As soon as coin amount satisfies minimum trade volume condition that exchange sites defined, pool exchanges immediately.

I changed your help text a bit and applied to website.
Thank you very much!

Monero Mining Pool Hub

https://monero.miningpoolhub.com

Monero node network forked.
Mining Pool Hub is running 6 nodes v2.1 globally.
4 nodes are running well but 2 nodes were stuck, forked and building their own forked chain around block height 1257043.
I believe 1257043 is not the block caused to fork, but roughly I checked and I could find that something went wrong.

Here are detailed info around forked block

1. 'get_info' from well working node.

Monero block explorer is saying that 1257043 should have db8e5440ba6eef1ef2a28b255a87c8a4a551aedc1b6a4e56a5f89d9ead57abdf blockhash
( http://moneroblocks.info/search/1257043 )

Don't know what happened actually, but some nodes aren't recovering from forked/orphan state.
Pool is rebuilding blockchain currently.

One other question, and a suggested bit of text for your auto-exchange page to help make it more clear.

Question? For auto-exchange does it exchange all coins in the wallet or only if it is above a certain amount?

Suggested help text for your auto exchange page:

You are welcome.

Well I don't know what you consider dust.  I was testing out Monero mining, and the pool deducted some small amounts 0.15 XMR in total before I stopped it from doing auto exchange by turning off my auto exchange coin.  Then I waited.  There are several Debit_AE's but there have been no Credit_AE's to the Ethereum (which was at the time my auto exchange coin).

So I don't really trust the system enough to turn the Monero miner back on full.
I am waiting to see if it will ever return my Monero.  Will it?

They were Debit_AE around 2017-02-25 04:55:44 (UTC) - and some other times too, and they were never Credit_AE anywhere.  They are just gone.  I understand it can take time, so I waited before bothering you again.  It is now 2017-03-03 so that is 6 days.  Maybe it is just really slow.

There's no pending exchange from monero to ethereum currently.
I mean all requested exchanges are completed and credited already. It doesn't take too long for major coins.

Hi there.  I'm still using the multipoolminer on a couple machines and all seems to be working great. I'm down to mostly mining zcash and feathercoin but noticed xmr is generally up there on the profitability pages too.  But Cryptonight fails on my system right away during benchmarking.  Does that not work on nvidia or is there maybe a setup issue in the programming?  I'm using a 1070 and 970.

Thanks much.

main page loads quite fast even if I clear browser cache, the problem happens once I log in, and specially if i click on DASHBOARD
that takes forever, and 2 out of 3 gives me the TIMEOUT ERROR .
maybe that helps a little to try to figure it out what is going on because that makes the site almost unusable.

and it's not my ISP nor my machine because itested it on 5 different computers and 2 different ISPs and same problem, same slowness when i click on DASHBOARD on ETHEREUM.

I do appreciate you looking into this for me.  I don't think I am confused (but that does happen from time to time Wink)

I did some tweaks and optimize. You will be surprised with speed increase.
Sorry for inconvenience.

Here's recent auto exchange transactions I found.

"63457411"   "Credit"   "Auto Exchanged from Monero, Debit Id : 896316"   "0.004402299753598404"   "2017-02-27 12:09:06"
"63457382"   "Credit"   "Auto Exchanged from Monero, Debit Id : 895281"   "0.11062083888452039"   "2017-02-27 12:09:06"
"62087605"   "Credit"   "Auto Exchanged from Monero, Debit Id : 880847"   "0.0009229834891252496"   "2017-02-25 12:05:02"
"62087582"   "Credit"   "Auto Exchanged from Monero, Debit Id : 879664"   "0.012424299741363146"   "2017-02-25 12:05:01"
"61887472"   "Credit"   "Auto Exchanged from Monero, Debit Id : 877744"   "0.0029716696249794433"   "2017-02-25 06:00:10"

You can match each Debit id (879664, 895281) to Credit transactions one by one.

There's no way to filter auto exchanged credits only currently from website.
And I believe it should be quite hard for you to find those transactions in numerous ethereum credit transactions.

I would make better filtering option.
Thanks.
