Can I make a stepped STATIC buy order using the "ping creator advanced panel" and a "DYNAMIC selling/pong" and how?  Thank you.

You can create a set of static order inside a dynamic algorithm.
But that works only for the first cycle

<SetOfStaticPing> -> TRADE -> PONG -> TRADE -> Buy/Sell Pool -> New Dynamic ping.

So you can disable the pool if you accept to have only 1 ping-pong cycle.

You definitely need to learn how to program well this bot for you, otherwise you will loose money, main thing first, get it, learn all the important commands and configures, if English is not your 1st language then be sure you fully understand what the codes means, be wary to get in when market is low but healthy, try to learn the most you can about that coin you want to bot in, (theres no easy way) if you just want to plug and play, you will definitely loose big time...

I've wrote some code in 5.2 that will help me obtain the trailing stops.

I believe the registrar abuse contact, you contact the provider and report scam

i'm not sure it will be enough to write an email and say that this person is a scammer. I think i will need to make some proof.

The information in whois is "privacy protected", this means you will likely NOT be able to contact the Registrar or any important contact. Usually all email sent to such addresses ends up in the trash can.

It is a very small hosting provider, I don't know their policy or if they will take action but it worths a try.
I'm sending an email to the badbitcoin.org guys to list them as a scam site to their directory.
