You understand the implications of your story, really! you could have contacted someone from support, who is supposed to be anonymous, for the security of the data they know, and apart from that you asked for help offline, lol.

I don't know if you get me wrong. I never received a quick response from them. As I already said, if I knock on their live support ten times, In most cases, they don't respond in 30 minutes. I never triggered for a KYC, so I have nothing to do with that. Whenever I had questions or my withdrawal was stuck, I had to ask my friend if it was her duty time; she helped me. Once, she asked to apply for a position on their website while they were recruiting. I had recorded a video describing everything and emailed them; I never heard back from them. Maybe it's a common thing not to respond to emails. But, the Live support chat experience should be improved further.

To funny to see the accuser is more shady due to his red tags accumulated than the casino he accused. But to be honest if they have issues much better if they could reach up the support since this is the most proper way on how they can solve their issue. Although sometimes there are times that they are been slow so maybe they should improve that to erase up the thoughts of people that they also have issue in this side since many want to see an active support since this is very helpful to anyone.

I wonder what their goal is and if they want to do it then they should provide a proof but I think the effort is for nothing unless they did provide a solid proof. I don't have any problems with bc game and I can say that this js just pure troll without evidence that they didn't pay. You yourself answered the concern in these two lines. If TrustPilot and review sites like them had a balance for both positive and negative experienced feedback then you could consider the ratings are fair.

No business can have 100% satisfied clients. Even with a 10% unsatisfied customers and eighty percent from this 10% is going to leave the bad review but only less than 0.5% from the remaining ninety percent from the happy customers can make the overall a 2.5 star of the scale of 5 star.

When customers are happy they don't care to spend a single second for a review or feedback type things but when anything is wrong they will try to use every single opportunity to solve their problem, it's not surprise.
