Can't agree with you that there is not much enthusiasm among the black people to play cricket as I am not at all aware of the stats around this statement, but one thing I can tell you for sure is that these schemes like proportional representation and other sorts of politics will definitely spoil the game of cricket and also the team which tries to do such things. Its absolutely okay to have cricket academies where you train people, while training itself focus on the coloured people and blacks, you can even give them reservations in admission to these academies, but having such a rule in the international team is absolutely foolish for sure.

Who is discriminating whom? For the last 27 years, South Africa is under black rule, with hardly any political representation from the racial minorities who make up for 20% of the population. A few months back, there were attacks against Indians in Durban, in which dozens of innocent people were killed by African gangs. A million or so whites have moved out of South Africa, migrating to countries such as Australia and Canada. Asians are worst affected, since it is not easy for them to emigrate. They need to put up with all the discrimination and violence from the Africans.

Yes, this point is missing by many just doing things like this never help any country or any sport you need to bring some awareness and quality which is possible just by spreading game from school level but sadly South African authorities completely fail into this now it's almost 3 decades, and they have never done good things for game of cricket which is hurting them, and now they are doing things which are giving them more loses.

Whit's having good position in current level, but they can start from very low level and this will bring some good competition which will bring some good number of colored players in streamline, but just giving them quota is never going to help you. Yes 200 is huge target and unlike UAE there won't be any dew factor that will be in favor of WI. WI have lost 5 wickets in 10 overs and it looks very much one sided match. Yes sad to see these there teams performing so badly these days and becoming very week side in international cricket. West indies had such a great legacy but not able to produce young talents now. Same goes with srilanka after the retirement of kumar sangakara and jaywardhane.
Their batting has gone down drastically and since years their perfomance is not improving at all.

West Indies lost by just 63 runs. As they started the innings, I thought they would lose all their wickets before 100. The performance of the top order batsmen was disappointing. I do not expect such a poor performance from the West Indies team, at least in the T20 format. However, I would expect the second match to be competitive. It will not be one-sided like the first match.
