There was no surprise in yesterday's match and, as expected, the Italians defeated the Turks. The hosts played with great confidence and dominated throughout the match. The Turkish team focused on a counterattack game, but they didn't even have many chances for that. During the whole match, they only made one, missed shot.The Italians confirmed that they should be considered among the favorites of the tournament.

I think the odds are quite high for Belgium to beat Russia. I think I remember the last time or the time before that the Belgians in Russia rolled over it with 0-4. Normally Belgium will win that easily, only de Bruijne will not participate in the first game. Too bad Hazard is so out of shape. I can see Lukaku making 2. I think it will be 4-0 in favor of Belgium.

i also watched the entire game on tv and can only congratulate italy on the very good result and performance. until the first goal against, turkey only stood in the back and was only focused on defending... this tactic is actually only known from the very big outsiders, and i didn't really count turkey among them

I never expect Turkey (with this team) to get a good result against Italy. Even if Italy didn't make any serious chance and find some difficulties in the first half. Turkey will need to win in the next 2 matches and if Wales seems like a team that fits as outsiders, I really doubt that they are, or winning them it will be as easy as it might sounds.

the next games will take place today:
wales - switzerland (i don't see a clear favorite here)
denmark - finland (i am curious about the newcomer finland and i keep my fingers crossed for them)
belgium - russia (here i see belgium as the winner and the favorite)

1- I see a win for Switzerland, easy or difficult.
2- Finland is a physically strong and solid team and is without any anxiety or stress. They will play their game without second thoughts. On the other hand Denmark maybe wants to prove something in this EURO. Maybe for both teams to score it will be a wise bet...
3- Belgium is the clear favorite here and Lukaku the scorer for at least one goal. I can't see Russia getting anything in this game.

Very happy with my Italy selection:) I made a tough parlay with 2 other legs at 1.5 and then Italy rounding it off to 1.5 also for almost 5.0x. I did not even watch the game to be honest,,, and it was the last match on my ticket, so very nice to see this hit.

Even Turkey doesn't have shots on goal and I'm not sure Turkey fought hard in the opening match, if Turkey fought hard at least Turkey can make shots on goal even if only 1 but in fact not. So, in this opening match it was clear that Italy played with a high struggle and that was evident by the result, and even though the first goal was an own goal I think it was still a big effort by the Italian players and not just luck.

With lucky i meant only the first goal and if it would be not an one goal by Turkey  , Ciro Immobile then would be make it !
I'm a little disappointed by the turkish team as they have played better the last weeks and the qualification for the EM.

The result was not really surprising to me but i did not expect that italy would be so dominant or that turkey would perform so badly. The first half was pretty boring to watch with only like two good chances for Italy but then early in the second half italy finally managed to score (or turkey scored an own goal) and then turkey had to play a little bit more offensive which lead to goal 2 and 3 of italy.
I think that turkey could have played better but they were afraid of italy's defense and therefore played so defensively themself because they wanted to avoid going 0-1 down at all cost, but that didn't work out for them.

I don't understand why many celebrate the "amazing" victory By Italy against Turkey. I'm sorry but Italy's victory came because of Turkey's inconsistency: Turkey planned a completely defensive game without being able to make fast counterattacks on Italy's side.
Yesterday, any other top team would have won against the Italians.

In today's matches I bet on the wins of Denmark and Belgium. The Danes seem to be clear favorites. They have an interesting team and play at home with Finland, probably the weakest team in the group. The Belgians seem to have a more difficult task. They will have to do without the injured Kevin De Bruyne and Axel Witsel. Same thoughts. At first glance, it looks like easy money, but yesterday I had similar thoughts about the Turkey-Italy match and I was expecting a draw or a minimal victory for one of the teams, but Italy surprised with a large number of goals. I hope today I will not be disappointed (I will bet on Belgium).

Yes I understand what you mean but for me, the own goal happened because of the great efforts that the Italian players kept doing, right? So I can't say it was a lucky goal either.

The next match I think it's difficult to make predictions for the Wales - Switzerland match, Gareth Bale who seems to be able to perform well makes me hesitate, but even so I have already bet on Switzerland DNB @1.44.

i think the following 3 teams will win today: Switzerland, Belgium and Denmark. Kevin de Bruyne will probably not be able to play today because of his injury,
but Eden Hazard is fit again and will be able to play. and if Lukaku is really keen on football, he will probably score one or two goals.
