Barcelona - Bayern Munich match was the match of the day I think. But I was disappointed to see Barcelona not being able to do anything against Bayern Munich here. Bayern Munich were so comfortable against them that they didn't even have a difficulty in winning this match. It was a clear victory by 3-0. It was nice to see Lewandowski continuing to score. He got 2 goals here too.

it's very amazing how RL proves his world class form every time and scores at least once in every game. especially since he's not the youngest anymore and is also spared from all the injuries - he can definitely make the difference in the games when it comes to big titles

and fc barcelona will not win an international title again so soon - PG and LM were the personalities who gave this club so much...

I think that Barcelona have near zero chance to win the Champions League title. They don't have the worst starting eleven of course but their game plan is really weak. The players are struggling a lot against serious opponents like Bayern Munich. But Koeman still believes that the club can achieve titles with him.

There is nothing surprising about the Barcelona vs Bayern Munich match yesterday. Barcelona is quite weak in many areas of the field both in defense and attack. Barcelona's defeat yesterday was very natural because the composition of the existing players was not able to compete with the Bayern Munich players who looked more complete. It's Barcelona's first match without Messi in the Champions League I think, and it's their first defeat of the season in the Champions League group stage which is a sign that Barcelona are no longer a strong team in Europe.

As for Real, they have big problems in defense judging by the number of goals they concede, so in the match with Inter they may be defeated.

real madrid has the advantage in clashes against inter, even when real madrid is not doing well and inter was much better last season and yet real took the advantage by beating inter in the league of champions. And this time the inter has no lukaku, they suffer when they play against small teams, in my opinion they can draw

I realized Manchester United were only playing with 10 player, but United had taken the lead 1-0 and United should have made the most of their defence. If United don't change their strategy, United should still be able to make goals again, considering their opponent is a dark horse team in their group and should be, this is not a problem for the United squad. Yup.  It’s the CL, it’s away, Manchester United travelling to another country, opposing side’s rowdy supporters...  The line has little to no value, it was a pass.  But Ronaldo first goal scorer hits again at a decent line.    I hope the books don’t over compensate and over adjust the line.  But they prolly will and United is going vs West Ham, away on Sat.  I’d pass the prop.

Yes, why am I a little doubtful about Solskjaer? he has a lot of quality players but he hasn't been able to use them properly. Moreover, they have the arrival of Ronaldo, if United is still bad I think the factor is the coach. Not only this time it's from last season I actually want Solskjaer to be replaced. I think he has coached for more than 3 years I think they should immediately give him an ultimatum and evaluation if United continue to be poor and no titles for this year.

We have a nice match between Manchester City and Leipzig in Etihad today. Manchester City are being favoured really highly. Leipzig are out-of-morale now. Because they were destroyed by Bayern Munich 4-1. After seeing this result, Manchester City should be able to destroy them also. They have a great system and discipline. From the point of view of mathematics, the bookmaker beats you over the long run whatever odds you choose. I see no reason to focus on this.

And what difference do you see if you bet with odds higher than 1.6? With high odds, a series of losses occurs much more often and wipes out your deposit just as quickly.

I think Ole needs to learn and get better in setting the team up in cases like this. Respect to Young Boys but at the same time. Man united team is good enough to play good football after a red card against that team. Honestly, we have seen Chelsea and other teams hold up a draw or even manage to win with 10-men. This is what makes a big team a big team.

Exactly! This Man Utd team seems (and it is) the best team of the last few years and is disappointing to see them struggling with a lower-level team even if they play with one man less. Since I like chances to been given to new people, I'm sorry to say it but Ole has a lot to learn but not in Man Utd wheel. When everything goes normal, all good. When the game goes wrong, then you need to have a plan and know what to do. In his first difficulty on a game, Solskjaer couldn't handle it and act like a noob.
Anyway, what's done is done. Let's see how they will react in the next games of the tournament.

It's still early to conclude that Barcelona has little chance in winning the champions league, it's their first loss and I'm very sure they saw that coming after their demi god Messi who have always been their shield against opponents left the club.
The directors has held a meeting after the first loss, I hope they don't make a substitute to Ronald Koeman, it will be a tearing time for Barcelona, It's too early to point out big moves through.

Actually I still doubt for Inter Milan's victory after losing Lukaku to Chelsea will remain in the article I saw and Inzhagi said he will remain optimistic to win and will try his best against Real Madrid at home to the Nerazzuri but on the other hand I still doubt on Inter Milan to win and while it is true that Real Madrid still have a great squad he is even better at playing in the UCL.

But I think both of them will try the same, of course this season there will be a little difference after the squad reshuffle, so I want to know how Inzhagi's strategy is at UCL.

The main objective of all team in the group stage is to qualify for the next round by having to finish at least second in the group standings after 6 match. Interim results in the first round of the group stage may be a bit surprising, especially when Manchester United had to lose to Young Boys and Barcelona had to lose heavily to Bayern Munchen. Chelsea and Juventus both won in their respective match and performed quite well in Group H. I don't want to talk too much about the defeats of Manchester United and Barcelona because the Champions League is very unpredictable where it could be that the favorite team is not able to win the match easily. So we must respect the opponent's victory even though our favorite team lost in that match.

Both team have chance to win the match , but I think Inter deserve to be favorite at home in this match. Both team are in good form, but Inter may have to work harder to beat Real Madrid. Apart from Inter vs Real Madrid, today we also have some other big matches like Liverpool vs AC Milan and some others too. For all the teams that played today, I think this team will win the game.

I'll tell you that Messi in this game could not change anything. yesterday I wrote that Bayern will win a landslide victory and the coefficient of 1.95 for this match is excellent. In fact, this is a gift, when for a team like Bayern, two games in a row, bookmakers give a coefficient of about 2.

Though 8f you look at it, in thee last 2 games, either UCL or EPL, they've scored just the same exact number of goals in the same game played, 2:1.

Two Italian teams, Inter Milan and AC Milan meet strong teams today, both of them are in a less than optimal position in the UCL, for Inter Milan, they are still in the process of adapting to a new coach, while for AC Milan, they will face Liverpool when their performance currently quite well after their last few games of the season getting a win. AC Milan is in the same condition, but this will be a game that requires quite a lot of mentality for the AC Milan players, because this is their first match after missing the UCL in recent seasons.

Barcelona should change the old strategy and apply a new strategy. With this strategy, they have not been able to perform well in the previous season and their performance this season is not very good. In this case, if Koeman adopts the same strategy, they will not be able to perform well. Need for new tactics, maybe Koeman can form the team in a new formation. If Koeman does nothing then the team will become more vulnerable.

Lots of great games tonight. Beside that two that you already mentioned there is also City - Leipzig game which should be good. Proper opening round of games with 4 heavy weight derby matches. If somebody showed them to us on paper I would guess we are talking about quarter finals and not group stage 

I will be watching Inter - Real since I have a bet on both to score which is my favorite market to cheer while watching. If it proves to be a little less entertaining than anticipated, there is always simulcast option which shows all the best moments from all games.

I don't think anyone actually expected it if you look at the gulf in class between the two teams, Young Boys prolly didn't even believe they'll win the game prior to the start, but as the match began, I watched their confidence grow till they were able to snatch a last minute winner, I'm actually disappointed in Manchester United, I actually thought they are ready to achieve great things this season, I know it's the first match, but by their standards they should not be losing games like this, it generally affects the morale of the entire team, pressure is really on OGS this season, he must win a major trophy or he is fired.

From what I've seen from the both teams in their respective leagues, I expect Inter to win this game or at least get a draw, but it's the Uefa Champions League and it's Reals territory, so Ancelotti's men can still come out with the victory against my expectations.
