Manchester City got a nice result even though they were not very good. It shows that Gladbach are really bad right now and City will finish their work in the second leg very easily. As for Atalanta-Real Madrid, I think the result is still not too bad for Atalanta if we think that they played with 10 players for a very long time. I didn't like this Real Madrid even a little and Atalanta have still a chance to make it to the quarter final as Real Madrid are struggling with injuries too.

I do not agree that it was a bad match, I understand that City is a miles time better team than Gladbach but that is not because Gladbach is a bad team, they are actually quite good, you do not come this far in champions league by being a bad team, it is not like they are champions of Andorra league coming this far, even if that happened I am sure we would say they are good because any team that manage to win their way into this position must be pretty decent, and we all know Gladbach is a great Bundesliga team.

City just played wonderfully without making too much mistakes, and they are playing awesome in premier league as well lately, they are on a great roll so far and I think that was it for this game too, they played with minimal mistakes and that is how you win games, it could be boring to watch if you are not used to it, but "make no mistakes" is a great tactic honestly.

The all of the first leg matches of this round ended and the most enjoyable matches for me were Barcelona-PSG (1-4), Sevilla-Dortmund (2-3) and Lazio-Bayern (1-4). The most boring matches for me were Atalanta-Real Madrid (0-1) and Atletico-Chelsea (0-1).

I like your list except that I think Juventus will have a success rate of 100% in qualifying.The reason I say that is because I saw the game at Oporto and the only episodes Porto had were the goals.Juventus dominated the game there but bad luck and a great night for the porto striker stopped them from a win or a draw at minimum.Now in Turin they will win for sure.

I would like to see PSG, Atalanta, Manchester City, Dortmund, Juventus out of all these teams in the next round. The matches of these teams are very interesting to watch. I think that one of them will take the Champions League trophy this year.
