The Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Minister of defense Igor Strelkov held a special briefing where he reported that according to DPR’s intelligence Ukraine punitive operation forces are planning monstrous acts of terrorism on the territory of Donbass.

Kiev plans attacks on chlorine and ammonia factories.

“The intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of People’s Republic of Donetsk has informed me that the contender Ukrainian chastener troops prepare big provocation which should result in declaration of DPR as a terrorist organization. They want to blame us in terrorism and killing the civilian population,” – Strelkov said. “The idea is so monstrous that it is probably hard to believe, especially it is hard to believe for those who hasn’t seen the bombardment of populated areas by phosphorous bombs; who hasn’t seen people injured by chemical weapon; who hasn’t seen how howitzers were shooting at the city center, where the militia headquarters was located, who hasn’t seen how mines and missiles were falling in a few meters from our headquarters and soon after Ukrainian mass media telling that we were shooting at ourselves. Shameless continuous, I would even say phantasmagoric lies, which is spreaded by Ukranian mass media, and cruel barbaric actions of the Ukraine punitive operation forces show us that nothing is sacred to them. ” – he said.

This talks about plans for missile attacks on chlorine and ammonia stores to cause massive deaths. I want to make the following suggestions (taken from instructions given for similar gas leak tragedy in Bhopal, India). If there is a spread of either chlorine or ammonia, people should soak towels or bedsheets in water and wrap themselves, taking care to cover face, keep eyes partially closed, blink often and to breath through the wet cloth. Both the gases readily dissolve in water and thus will not affect the membranes of the eyes and nose. The danger would be if there is no water available. So just as a precaution people should store water in or near their homes.

If these eleven troops who are MIA are actually taken prisoner by the rebels, then it will be very significant.

Why all this stuff? Because Putin needs to hold his power in his arms. The problem is, that brainwash of Russians was done so great, that I don't see he has got a way back  . And he will go as far as other countries will let him go. Putin is playing very rough poker game. He knows that nobody of Western countries wants war and everybody is afraid of nuclear weapons. He is gathering his army forces around Ukraine. Putin doesn't care the people of Donetsk or Lugansk. He plays his local and geopolitical games.

But the real situation in my opinion is worse than it is shown in this map  . Russian soldiers and powerful weapons are coming over the border day and night. Russian troops are gathering around Ukraine and all other countries are doing almost nothing. Similar situation than it was before World War II.

From Igor Strelov. Today they exchanged two POWs from the 25th airmobile brigade for two freedom fighters. The officers of the airmobile brigade were released in good condition, while the freedom fighters were dumped with broken limbs and splintered intestines. There is little chance they'll survive.
Strelkov ordered not to take POWs from the 25th airmobile from now on.

An old Soviet Tu-143 reconnaissance drone allegedly deployed by the Ukrainian army has crashed near Donetsk, with local militia, initially not aware of what that monstrosity was, suspecting in the video to have downed Kiev’s "weapon of mass destruction."

The YouTube video of the downed drone claims the archaic unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) was shot down “at approximatly 13:30 local time near Shahtersk.” In the video, the representatives of DPR anti-Kiev forces say that the “object will be further identified.”

In Ukraine, the town of Pervomaysk, one hotspot in the Lugansk Region, is running out of resources due to heavy shelling.

The town mayor, Boris Babiy, says that the whole city is destroyed, apartment buildings and private houses alike.

The shelling “has been going on for about eight days,” he told RT. “There was a pause in the shelling, when we managed to take two buses full of refugees out of the town… Then it started again.”

He added that the town, which is home to nearly 40,00 people, is running out of resources.

“We've got no transport, fuel or water. We're trying to bring bread into town under fire,” he said.
