I didn't count the number of transactions (BPIP is also down). But you have highlighted transactions sent between these users and from what I see, it doesn't seem the percentage of merits sent between these users to be abnormal. Even if the number of transactions between these users were twice or triple what is now, I would say, nothing suspicious is happening because all of four users you referred to in the OP, are high-merited users that have received and sent high number of merits. They are all active in Russian board and are spending almost all of their smerits in this board, what is happening is quite normal. It's normal to have many merit transactions sent between these users.
If I judge like you, I should accuse +100 members of the forum.

As I said, Merit abuse needs to be really blatant for an accusation to stand, and that is pretty difficult to see here when there is a language barrier. As to the accusation of those listed being scammers, you fail to provide any proof nor formal grounds for the accusation in the OP, lest it be relative to the alleged Merit abuse, in which case the scam, as a term and accusation, does not stand (perhaps a language thingy). Anything else on the scam front should be likely placed on its own in Reputation or Scam Accusations, whichever suits best the set of evidences yet to be presented.

But i can. Despite I have good relationships with Zuzma, i can say that he is wrong here. Posts deserving merits, for honest.

It's obvious that every merit source will have some people to whom he gives more merit, it's normal. The same was with chimk or Vadi2323, despite they were good meritsources.

So i don't see any "abuse" or any another reasons to continue this topic.

He was caught by Ratimov in plagiarism, after which he evaded the ban and accused Ratimov and me of his plagiarism (logic ?!).

I can read Russian and I can say for sure that these users have been abusing Merit and Trust systems for a long time. They do not understand for what these systems are created. They give merit because of friendship, and the Trust simply copy-pasting without understanding the essence of the problem. They do not care about people. One of them will say "let's ruin his reputation" and then they do it without hesitation. I call these guys jackals. This guys is a shame of Russians. Most of them were banned for the use of signatures and therefore they take revenge on other users. You can see the jackals in my trust.

The problem actually is much deeper. I need no merits cause I don’t monetize my presence on BTT. The problem is that the russian locale is corrupted by nepotism and false enthusiasm of a group of users. Two years ago they didn’t give a f*** about spam, offtop, shitposting etc., but with the new system they immediately became interested in reporting and investigations. This is a group of toxic no-lifers, they are here only to earn money, to become moderators, to merit hunting... Their ”work” is not sincere because most of them knows nothing about cryptocurrencies and the most odious and hated of them is well known as bitcoin hater KTChampions.

It’s all about money guys.
