It looks like there are no really interesting matches this week in Ligue 1, we have seen the first match between Lens Vs Troyes, Lens won with many goals they scored, while the opponent (Troyes) lost without producing goals.

Next we will see the match between Lille and Angers, what are your predictions for this match? I have a feeling that Lille will lose to Angers

Both teams are currently both in the middle of the standings and they have only had 4 wins from 12 matches played, and seeing the head to head of both teams so far, I think Lille will be able to beat Anger in that match, moreover in the last 5 matches, I saw that anger is very difficult to win when playing away, and lille who just tasted victory in the champions league of course will not waste the opportunity to get full points at home today, so for lille and anger matches, I will be more choose to bet on the win of lille.

both teams are quite balanced in terms of performance and headtohead.
but on the other hand angers is now a bit higher than lille.
Lille on the other hand actually benefited by playing at their own home and with the full support of the fans.

Both teams probably played well in the match, but it ended with 1-1 draw. Lille won in the first half, but Anger equalize the game after Ounahi scored a wonderful goal with the assistant of Brahimi, who got into the match few minutes before the goal. Although, I expected Lille to win the match, but Anger seems like they never wanted to lose the match, not after they lost their last match to Nice. Anyway, Anger are presently 2 points ahead of Lille on the standings.

They have best attack with Neymar and Mbappe as partner everything could be happen and last night both player success give three points for PSG where Neymar made two goals and mbappe give one goal and two assist, just happening with defensive position because on every match PSG failed to make clean sheet who ever goal keeper Navas or Donarumma. Last night Navas become goal keeper for PSG but failed to make clean sheet and defender area is not strong where they have loss two goal.

After having very good performance in Champions League against team like Sevilla it is very frustrating they have very poor result at home against Angers it is showing they are unpredictable and have not good chance for some better rank in French League for this season.

Even Angers is some better but still playing at home was good advantage they need full points but still just one point which is having bad impact on their future now they have next game against Monaco which is also not easy for them as defending champions they are very low in rank and quality now surely have no chance for reaching in top four is also big issue for them, so they have to stay in middle or lower rank it is very poor from the team and management which is unable to bring some quality players.

After having very good performance in Champions League against team like Sevilla it is very frustrating they have very poor result at home against Angers it is showing they are unpredictable and have not good chance for some better rank in French League for this season.

True, but still discussing the French League is a bit cumbersome as there is this giant called PSG. It would be good for the league if they really had a serious competitor. Right now everyone knows who is going to be the champion in the end. Ligue 1 needs more contenders urgently!

Many interesting games today and a lot of red cards, marseille team not able to win against a struggling 10 men squad despite the 76% ball possesion in the second half and many goal chances they lost two points which couldve put them on second position, today i was impressed by st etienne comeback and it was a deserved win after been led by 2 0 they managed to get their first win this season but they are still struggling at the bottom of the table.

a match that was already predictable (except the final result). they played quite balanced from the start of ball possession and kicks on goal.
i still hope lille can win the game but angers is a pretty good opponent. they are balanced in attack and defense and maximize the counter-attack I think their midfield was very good in this match.
On the other hand, this is a loss for Lille because apart from they are still stuck in the middle standings, they will definitely not be strengthened by Onana who was sent off by the referee at the last minute in this match.

Right now just 13 rounds end and PSG is leading by 10 points from second rank team which is good gape for them having to stay on top in this round Marseille held at home and Lens won their match but still mostly other top rank teams struggling to have good results which is big problem because these good teams have not quality players.

I am very shocked with Lille performance as they are really the joke of this season with their performance going down very badly in recent matches. But still we have no any better suggestion for having good results because all teams having no luxury like PSG, so this is going to continue for some more years here in French League.

What a great week it was for PSG! Firstly, they played against Bordeaux away and defeated them by 3-2. They brought the score to 3-0 first and Bordeaux scored two consecutive goals in the last fifteen minutes of the game. But the second one came too late that they didn't have much time to even equalize the score. One day later, Nice and Marseille played their games. Nice lost to Montpellier home by 1-0 and Marseille - Metz game ended in a goalless draw. Maybe Lens won their game and captured the second place. But even between them and PSG, there is a 10-point gap which is not easy to close.

It was a one sided game i did not expect to see that performance from lyon, its the worst i ve seen in many years 25 goal attempts from rennes with 12 shots on target and only 6 attempts from lyon and they were at full squad they only managed to score from the penalty spot.

What an awesome performance from PSG, they keep winning their matches. Although, Messi didn't play the match, and also Neymar scored 2 goals, while Mbappe probably scored 1. PSG defense seems not strong enough, because PSG are conceding many goals. They  conceded 6 goals in their last 5 matches in Ligue 1. And I think they have to strengthen their defence, to minimize the number of goals they concede. However, they are now 10 points ahead of Lens which is in the second position on the table. PSG will surely win the Ligue 1 this season.

My guess was Lyon would win. But throughout the entire match we saw the dominance of Rennes ’players. Rennes' players have made a total of 25 shots. On the other hand, Lyon has done only 6. I didn't expect this type of gameplay from Lyon. Tey only focused on ball possession, didn't make any good attack.

Today Rennes have 4 win from their 5 last games very good fight back after having very poor start of season today's win was very good as they beat good team OL which was also had some good form with this form they can have some good time in top rank when few good teams struggling.

In French League we have few issues which bring them one of most unpredictable League in Europe just very few teams having good track record but mostly can go very up and down in very quick time like we have Lille last year's champions is currently very low in rank hopefully we will be able to have some better results from Rennes in coming weeks.

For the first time after many years, Lyon got a terrible result against Rennes away in the Ligue 1. Actually they had the same points before this match. But it was very disappointing to see Lyon playing this bad. Rennes played one of their best matches recently and dominated the match too. They got a win by 4-1 which must be very satisfying for them. Lyon should be able to make up for this embarrassing loss.
