Maybe the champions league is quite an important target for PSG but I think they are very difficult to win the champions league title this season even with the presence of Lionel Messi.

It is remarkable to see the performance from Lille after last season's championship. It must be said that this will not happen again in the next 20 years. Paris St Germain then had a very bad start in the competition. This competition is normally not exciting because Paris St German is so much better than the rest. For the 2nd place it is completely open. I would have rated Lyon a bit higher. However, we are only halfway through the competition, everything is still open.

Monaco and Lille are really playing poorly this season, but judging by the odds offered by the bookmakers, Monaco, despite the fact that the opponents have a good ganlicap, is still practically the favorite in the fight for second place:

Bayern have long maintained a stable team. They don’t change the team too much.
On the other hand, although there are many good players in the PSG team now, they are new to PSG. It will take time for them to get to know each other. If the same players perform together for a few years, then maybe PSG's performance will be as strong as Bayern Munich's. Besides, I didn't think the PSG coach was experienced enough. I don't like his tactics.

The competition for the second position in Ligue 1 is clearly more competitive at the moment compared to the struggle for position 1, if you look at it, it seems that this season the competition for the European zone position has stiff competition with a small difference in points, even some teams actually have the opportunity to replace each other in their positions in  the rest of this season, I personally find it quite interesting to see the difference in points owned by the 4th to 14th ranks, each team actually only has a difference of 1 point with the team above it and it seems like this forms a tiered ladder .

It has been a competitive season for some of the clubs at top positions in the league standings. I don't include PSG of course as they have already guaranteed their Ligue 1 championship logically I think. I see that there is no way any other club can close the gap with PSG and reach the title. PSG lost their title chance by a close call in the last season. So, I don't expect them to let it happen again consecutively. They have already started focusing more on the Champions League I think.

The difference between PSG and Bayern is not similar to difference between Bundesliga and Ligue 1, I would say that it is clear to me Ligue 1 is not really that obviously good, there is a good chance Bundesliga is a lot better. However, PSG on paper is a lot better than Bayern, if they play against each other 10 times I would wager that Bayern would win more than they lose.

So, if a team that is worse on paper is ending up playing much better in a better league and beating their much better on paper roster opponent, what does that tell us? It is not that PSG is a bad team, it tells us that they are managed wrong. Pochettino could be a decent manager I am not against it but it doesn't look like he really knows what he is doing with such a star filled team. I could see Zidane being soooo much better if he got back on coaching again.

I would agree that if PSG played Bayern 10 times, Bayern would very likely come out on top. Football is a team game, and it is often the case that a bunch of individual stars doesn't fit well together, and can be beaten by a well-orgnaised team where the individuals are, on average, not as good. But this isn't necessarily down to the manager.

For another example, we could look at Man United. They bought Ronaldo, a brilliant, world-class player. They also bought Sancho for a vast sum. Two great players, and yet they don't address the deficiencies Man U have as a team. These purchases have improved the quality of the individuals at the club, but the team is no better, or even, when Ronaldo plays, worse. And yes, a different manager may help, but when you have the wrong pieces to start with, it can be impossible to put together a good team, no matter what your managerial skills.

PSG have left their rivals by a point difference that is quite impossible for any other team to catch up at the moment, and I don't think they should make ligue 1 their main focus in the rest of the season, because it is certain that they have already won the title for this season, ligue 1 and the bundesliga in my opinion doesn't have much difference because so far there is only one team that continues to dominate the league, I don't know why you say that the Bundesliga is more competitive than Ligue 1?

Interesting choice, and I agree with Rennes and Nice but I still think Monaco and Lille are going to be stronger candidates once we have 10 games left in the season.

What do you think about an outside like maybe let us say Nantes? Or even Brest maybe? 5 and 8 points away is not SO bad, it only takes 2 games of wins while opponent lose, and then to win a head 2 head to cut that gap

Nantes are one of the powerful middle teams in the league now. When we think that Nantes ended the last season at the 18th position in the standings and were really near relegating from the Ligue 1, this is a very good improvement. They are at the 7th position now and there is only a 4-point difference with the 2nd-placed team, Nice. This is a big development from Nantes but it is doubtful whether they will be able to keep this performance up till the end.

I do not see any of them performing satisfyingly according to you. In as much as I have one of my favourite players - Neymar playing in that club, I don't really like watching legue one.
Until they learn to do what Napoli, Atalanta, Milans and others are doing in Italy by displacing the All Time King - Juventus off top 4, I'll not regard them doing well.
I know it needs money to bring in big players. Yet, I am still not comfortable when a team leads the rest with 15+points

This is a big development from Nantes but it is doubtful whether they will be able to keep this performance up till the end.

The performance of the Nantes team is really excellent. However, they have some problems. I have seen less tendency in them to draw matches. They have played 19 matches and lost 7 matches. They have to try to draw the match when they play against a bigger team. If their gameplay had been a little more organized, they would have been in the top 5 of the points table.
However, their performance is much better than the horrific performance of the previous season.
But if they work a little harder, we will see more changes in their position.

I had already guessed that Lille would not be able to win 1 in the league this season. PSG focused more on the Champions League last season. So Lille got a chance to play well and win the title. My guess was that Lille would be at least in the top 3 teams at the table. However, their performance is very poor. It is doubtful whether they will be able to qualify for the Champions League.

Lille won ligue 1 last season, I think maybe it's just luck, because PSG ups and downs last season due to a change of coach (Thomas Tuchel to Mauricio Pochettino) also helped Lille success in winning the title, maybe we will wait a few seasons again to see if there is another club that can break PSG dominance in Ligue 1, currently Lille performance is experiencing a slump in the league and strangely the current lille squad has not changed too much from last season, but somehow they were not able to maintain their performance this season , by being in 8th place and only winning 7 of 19 matches, I also doubt that Lille will be able to break into the top 4 at the end of the season, because indeed the team above them has shown a better performance than Lille at the moment.

How come you can said when some team success get trophy as lucky? You can see again head to head between Lille and PSG last season where twice time moment Lille success defeated PSG as home and away, you should remember again at the early season when super France cup between Lille and PSG where Lille success get trophy, how ever happen with Lille right now have out from top fixture position I think not any lucky moment when have club success get trophies.

I think the same, Lille has had its good success because if they reached a final it is because things turned out well for them, and I do not think it is because the other teams in the league have been bad, on the other hand PSG who was the one who had All the options to win the French league and the Champions League were the favorites for having a strong trident like Messi, Mbappé and Neymar, however they could not control all that power they had and it has been reflected in the results, however I do not know if Mbappé leaves for January, if only Neymar and Messi remain, it is something unfinished.

In this season, their performance is so inadequate that they are having big problems. They are at the 13th place now. Actually they lost only 5 times in 18 league matches which is a good thing. The teams we wanted to see at the top of the points table have very poor performance. The performance of Lille, Lens, and Lyon is very poor. Their standings are not so good and, they are ranked 8, 9 and 13 in the points table respectively. Marseille and Nice, on the other hand, are playing very well. I think, they can't compete for the title though, yet they failed to improve themselves a lot.
