Yes. Just as it may be someones right to not be vaccinated, it is certainly a business owners right to refuse service to those who are not same as 'no shirt, no shoes, no service' rules.

Um, just *how* are these mythical control chips supposed to work? eg, how are they powered? What is the control mechanism?
