This is a small number when compared with the number of vaccinated. But, there are several points about this:
1. There were 68,347 reports through April 9th. Those listed above are only a part of the reports. Were the others refuted by the doctor-involved as being vaccine caused?
2. Medical people who know about VAERS, often suggest that only about 10% of the reports that should go to VAERS even get there.

So, we DO know right now. As many as 350,000 vaccine deaths are being hidden by the medical from the trusting public.

Let natural selection take its course.
"Nuts" is rather relative. Consider natural selection that you spoke of. What is it really? We know these two things from observation and experimentation... and you know it:
1. There is no spontaneous happenstance. There is nothing that has been proven to have happened without one or more causes causing it to happen;
2. Everything has a cause. All our observations have found that everything has a cause, and that anything we haven't found the cause of, must have a cause, because we have found not even one spontaneous happenstance that we know of.
The point is that there isn't any evolution... no natural selection. Why? Because everything is programmed to happen as it does by the thing that caused it to happen that way. Somewhere in the distant past, something started things moving in such a way that there is only cause-and-effect (C&E) in it all.
But that sounds like there isn't any evolution as we think. That's right. No evolution. Evolution Theory even says so. How? Random mutations, that's how. What do I mean? We just explained C&E. No random. Everything explicitly caused to happen the way it does.
So, what is random when talking about random mutations?
Random in evolution is simply our weakness and inability to see/find/recognize the C&E programming that caused the mutations to happen the way they did. We don't understand how it works, so we call it random mutations.
Using the word
random is a trick that proponents of evolution use to take the focus off the fact that there isn't any evolution theory evolution that we know of. Think about it.

Jump to the recent presidential election. Many people have found and seen - and actually have proof - that the election was stolen electronically. Many of the States' governments are digging down into their election 'stuff' to pinpoint the places where the 'steal' was actually done, and how it was done. But there are loads of people who don't have an inkling that there was any 'steal', and don't believe that it could even happen.
The point? We still don't know the details of who and how. The perpetrators of the 'steal' were that good.

Jump to Covid. There are thousands upon thousands of doctors and other medical people who are explaining how and why Covid isn't what the medical leaders are explaining it to be. Lately some doctors found that Covid symptoms are the same as beriberi symptoms, and that Covid (even if it is a real virus) simply drains the body of vitamin B1, so that all these people who died from Covid, really died from beriberi.
This knowledge hasn't even come to 1% of the people, yet. Most of them would say that the beriberi idea was just a crazy idea. And the CDC would help them say it by hiding the beriberi fact from them.

The big point? Keep on sitting in your unthinking ignorance, thereby becoming an unwitting troll, even though you don't want to be. But you might get out and look at the facts so that you can see that 300,000 vaccine deaths could easily be hidden... just like evolution truth is hidden... just like the stealing of the election was hidden... all so easy, some of it right out in the open, right in front of our eyes.
