Lucky enough for me I have all my players available for selection. My only headache is Areola vs Onana at the moment.

I have no idea why you have Onana, but if you do, this is the game to play him. Sheffiled is the worst attack of the league (worst defense too) and if you are not playing him today then why did you pick him? And I am sure Aston Villa scores against West Ham.

And Spurs scores against Fulham too.

This is one of those games where if you don't have a keeper (in this case Onana) who's a clear favorite over the other keeper, you shouldn't stress out over it because chances are in that case both will get the same points.


Salah hauls again today, but the robot who I made captain this week only got a solitary goal. That alone costed me 8 points this week   but at least everyone is returning so far!

I came to complain about another player I chose - Luis Diaz. He's playing great, but simply isn't getting any contributions.
To my surprise, I saw that he was given an assist today - for a penalty won. That's actually quite fair and I like the rule.

Diaz is still somebody I can see transferring out - even with that assist he's still on 32 points which isn't that great. I hate transferring out good players though.

I added Darwin instead of Bryan Mbeumo to my team at the last moment and this made me lose 10 points. It misguided me that I read the news on Twitter saying Klopp would put Darwin in the starting eleven. I'm very happy for making Salah the captain who scored 2 goals this week. If Haaland didn't score today it would have been a great GW for me.

I've had him since the start of the season and he hasn't been entirely horrible, and I must say it was the most difficult decision I've made, and it could be the worst if he keeps Sheffield United quiet and Areola fails to. I know Westham could hold Aston Villa to a solitary goal, but I don't think the current Manutd defence is strong enough to keep a clean sheet; Manutd is dealing with a slew of injuries at the back.

United is terrible this season, but if they will so something it will come today against worst team in the league. That being said, now that all favorites won comfortably I am thinking United must loose tonight to give something back to the bookies.

But it was Jackson who came on for Mudryk, and it was another mistake by Poch. Mudryk was having a good game and forcing the Arsenal midfield to drop deep with his dangerous runs. There was no cause to take out Mudryk, Palmer, and Sterling in the same game. Lol

Raya made a mistake, but his two spectacular saves kept them in the game.

Yeah, but he is consistently dangerous. I think he'll turn it around eventually - and Liverpool's got a nice schedule ahead of them. I'll keep my faith in him for at least a few more games.
I'm furious for not picking Neto at 5.5, he's already at 5.8. Still good value at that price, but I'm reluctant to pay 0.3 more than I needed to a few weeks ago.

The time for my first wildcard might be approaching, nice to see Stones back and starting. That's a price hit I did not want to take - a fit Stones will bring the points.

The game currently has the look that both teams will really score, but Aston Villa look more dangerous to score with Ollie Watkins and Douglas Luiz who have both tried Areola with Douglas Luiz finding the breakthrough.

He bottled the game, he still has a lot to learn even with the vast experience that he has. As a coach, when everything is going right, you do not need to always change the players in the team.

But it was Jackson who came on for Mudryk, and it was another mistake by Poch. Mudryk was having a good game and forcing the Arsenal midfield to drop deep with his dangerous runs. There was no cause to take out Mudryk, Palmer, and Sterling in the same game. Lol

Exactly! I am thankful for his mistake. Jackson had a good chance to end any hope that Arsenal had of winning, a clear chance, but he delayed and Raya was able to save. Jackson is a flop!

Palmer scored, Mudryk scored, Sterling would have scored too maybe. It was wrong to take them all off.

Robert Sanchez's mistakes were more costly. The wrong pass to cause the first goal to an unaware Conor Gallagher, and his poor reflex to save that second goal from entering, something De Gea and even Ederson can save.

Look at this monster squad I have for next week (no chips). I managed to afford all these new guys.



My plan was to take a -4 hit to get Watkins and Palmer - and offload some liabilities in the process - but I was a few hundred grand short, which annoyed me. So that lead to me buying Tsimikas and I have literally no more money left in the bank but at least my midfield and attack are ferocious.

I was going to wait until tomorrow to buy but Watkins is +99 to go up by then and I would've been priced out which would not be very nice! So hopefully that's the last hit I take in a while and Botman comes back soon. Edit: It's strange, because before the game he was only at +84

I still can't decide whether to captain Haaland, Salah or Watkins next week

I basically wrote off all goalkeepers points for this gameweek. The ones that people choose at least; Areola, Leno, Johnstone, Turner, ...

Some days are just rainy in that position so I don't give it much worry.

Douglas Luiz is back with another masterclass today! Every time I considered removing him from my squad, he made me look like a fool, and now I'm about to get another price riser on him. Watkins has been prime Messi since I left him off.

Took your WC too early and your team isn't far from what I have and I've only taken -8 I guess and 2FT still available at the moment.

Botman is out for 2-3 weeks you may want to consider selling him off for the time being.

You performed well with your midfielders, but the buwatress I know will never play Mbuemo ahead of Saka; something tells me that you missed the deadline and missed to make changes to your team, and everything worked out well for you. You'll need to make an early substitution, Saka for Mbuemo for GW10. This weekend, Arsenal will face Sheffield united.

The only Halaandless team- shows why you're deep bottom of the league, you just can't survive without those Halaand points.

Fu**ing Posteglu or whatever the h*ll his name is deprived me of extra 5 points for Destiny Udogie, and all I need was just for him to be on the pitch for only 4 minutes more to hit the minimum 60 minutes required to earn a clean sheet point and the an extra 1 point 

Given the state of my team, I would say it's a really good week for me to say the least, and for the fact that I didn't need to make any adjustment in terms of transfer.

@Igebotz, I won't be transfering Botman out just yet, he'll be on the bench for those games weeks, there are no defenders with tempting returns that I'd rather trade him for, If I had the extra bank roll, Botman for Trippier would have been the call for me, so I'll likely just wait it out.

I think that I have collected quite good amount of points this week. However I haven't been able to collect the points I wanted from my Darwin and Højlund preferences on forwards yet. I'm very happy to be in top 10 still when I think about my first season performance. I hope that I can manage to finish the fantasy league in a position that is enough to win a prize at the end of the season.
